Double Paradise Is Right on the Worlds Most Beautiful Beaches.

Double Paradise is located right on The World's Most Beautiful Beaches! The beach level unit of Double Paradise has 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, and sleeps up to 16 1 king -- master bedroom, The other 3 bedrooms has 2 full size bed each , 1 queen sleep sofa in the living room. Double Paradise has a large kitchen, dinning room and living room, and plenty of space for guests to enjoy each other's company. There is about 2000 square feet of living space. A very large covered back deck for guests to enjoy sunrises and sunsets on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Guests shared swimming pool is located right next door for the convenience No street to cross. There are plenty of parking space for both units ( 8-10 cars and additional parking across the street at a clubhouse parking lot). Double Paradise is located on the west end of Panama City Beach, No high rise condos of any kind, simply peaceful and quite. Double Paradise is 5.8 miles from the Pier Park Shopping Mall.

If you have a big group that requires more rooms, upstairs unit is also available . VRBO # 20112.

Needs to be updated. Beds look really old and cheap. Bath tub looks like they been painted and start piling of and cracked. Kitchen supplies were fine. Needed new living room sofas. We also found bed bugs I seen one review that says they have bedbugs and can’t believe it but it is true I talk to Kay about it and she sounds like she knows it. I hope they upgraded it they are just in front of the beach that’s the only thing we like of the house

Family Trip

We booked this location for our yearly family trip.Pros: The location is exceptional 5 stars. You are steps from the beach which makes it very convenient. The pool access is a nice change of pace from the beach. It has spacious rooms with bathrooms for each of the rooms. Kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans. Having two fridges was convenient. Ample parking for 4-5 cars. Cons: The linens are old the bed mattress are not the most comfortable, the couches are in desperate need of replacing. While well stocked with kitchen necessities they are rusting or burnt. Be prepared to bring your own toilet paper and trash bags. The house comes with just 1 starter pack. No additional supplies provided. Additionally, no beach towels provided and if you have neighbors above you be prepared to hear stomps and noise. The toilets easily overflow and the place has a musky mold smell. There was visible mold around the A/C vents.

BEWARE

Beware! This place is absolutely not clean, extremely outdated, worn out furniture, had blood stained sheets, mold, ants and worst of all found a bed bug in a suitcase! The location is good and the check in and check out process was satisfactory. We were willing to let all the other issues go until the bed bug was found. Tried asking for a refund. Was denied and bed bug issue was ignored.

Needs to be updated. My bathroom, 2nd from front, was pealing in the shower snd showerliner was dirty and smelled sour. Kitchen supplies were fine. Needed new livingroom sofas Not enough storage furniture for 15 people. Kay was very nice.

Lots of pluses

We have stayed in PCB every summer for 15 years. We are drawn more towards the east end where it’s more residential and no high rises. With the kids getting older we needed more beds and this fit the bill. Kay, the property manager was very responsive in the months leading up to our stay. We were running late for check-in and our groceries were delivered, she was kind enough to go and get them off the porch and put them in the condo. We had one issue with a door that was fixed within an hour of our request. Overall the condo was exactly what we needed for 14 people from ages 4-73. Kitchen was well stocked and beds were comfy. The deck is amazing and so close to the beach. There are stairs down to the sand which we must have missed in the description but that didn’t stop anyone from going down. It could use some updating, but for a week we could live with it. We plan on staying here again. Thanks for a great week.

Great Place overall!

The property was amazing! The location, views and house were overall FANTASTIC! A huge plus was everyone being on one level. Very spacious, even with the amount of guests we had staying! Parking was easy and there was lots of room for multiple vehicles (even large ones!). A huge downfall was cleanliness and very outdated furniture, decor and linens. The place could definitely use some sprucing up for sure. The bed linens have seen better days, and probably made the place seem more outdated than it is. The furniture is also old and needs updated- it would really make a huge difference in the overall appearance and amount of comfort you feel when you are renting a “home away from home.” There are great aspects of the property as well- the property manager was very easy to communicate with and always responsive. The views are amazing. And the layout of the house is perfect and spacious for large groups! Overall- our group would stay here again, but would really love to see a few updates!

Very Nice

The location is the best thing about this rental. Right on the beach and beautiful. Our only complaints would be that the furnishings were fairly sparse and the kitchen was not as well equipped as we would like. There was also another family upstairs and so things were not as quiet as we would have liked, but overall it was a great rental and great experience!

Perfect Paradise

Great Vacation

Really enjoyed our time at Double Paradise. Everything was great and we had no issues at all. Loved the less crowded beach and was close enough for nice restaurants and fun activities. Kay was very friendly and we felt she would have been very responsive if we had any problems but fortunately we didn’t. Would definitely visit again for another beach trip.

Kay was amazing! She was very attentive throughout our stay and the house was very clean. One of my friends left their laptop at the unit and Kay ensured it was returned to us. Highly recommend staying here!

Great vacation!

This property was perfect for our family, with 3 kids, grandparents, and uncle and aunt. We appreciated the washer and dryer, the second refrigerator, the clean and quiet beach and location, the space in the bedrooms, and the way it was setup made it very quiet in the bedrooms. We also loved that each bedroom has a bathroom, that the living room had enough seating for all of us, and, of course, the big covered porch made for great sunrises and sunsets. The kitchen had all the utensils we needed to make lunches and dinner, and Kay was great to communicate with. It was too bad the pool wasnt heated, so we didnt get to use that. We would definitely recommend this place.
