Gulf Front Paradise - Large Wraparound Balcony at Family Friendly Mariner West

Our unit is comfortably furnished with relaxing colors and one of just 12 large wraparound balconies in the complex. The large bedroom has 1 queen and 1 full size bed and a full en-suite bathroom. Ceiling fan, smart TV and blackout curtains provide extra comforts to support restful sleep. The living room offers two walls of windows framing the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and sugar white sand. A comfortable sleeper sofa and two recliners provide comfortable seating to enjoy the view and time with family. The kitchen has been remodeled with new stainless appliances, granite countertop, new backsplash and all of the items needed to make yourself at home cooking family meals. Dining room seating as well as bar seating ensure everyone has a place to enjoy meals together. A full 4 piece hall bath provides additional space to make getting ready a breeze. Right outside the condo door is a private laundry room with with a full size washer and dryer. Available beach chairs, umbrellas and toys are also stored in the laundry room. Our unit has a new 55" smart TV in the living room and a 32" smart TV in the bedroom. Cable and internet are included.
In 2022 we added Polywood furniture to the balcony. It is tall enough to see over the balcony rails but not so tall that it makes it difficult for some to climb in. We love it and believe it is a beautiful touch since the balcony is our favorite place to enjoy coffee in the mornings and the views all day long.

Mariner West has a pool situated beside the beach and gulf, gas grills and picnic tables, shuffleboard, and a game room with a pool table. The price is great, the unit is wonderful, and the beaches are spectacular. You will truly enjoy your stay here.

Mariner West is positioned on the east end of Panama City Beach, Fl, in the Gulf of Mexico, known for its white sandy beaches. Mariner West is family oriented and handicap accessible. There is Shopping, restaurants, and numerous activities just minutes away.

Enjoyed so much!

We had a great stay in this unit! From the start we got a text saying our room was clean early and could check in as soon we were ready. I was so excited! It was our second time at this property but first time in this unit, with this host, but otherwise we knew what to expect. The room was the perfect temperature and very clean. The two beds in the bedroom worked so well for us since we have small children that don't like to sleep in a different room in an unfamiliar place. I was able to sleep peacefully on vacation!!! The room with the washer and dryer was neat and had plenty of chairs, boards and some kids toys if needed and we were able to put our beach stuff in there without bringing it in the room or just leaving it outside the door each day. We very much enjoyed our stay and communication with the host!

Great Property at Mariner West!

Our family has been visiting Mariner West for the last 30+ years. This was a great property with some nice updates. The host was very communicative and made sure we had a great time. Looking forward to our next trip!

Perfect Place!

We can not say enough about his condo! The wrap around balcony and the view alone are what make this place special!! Everything was clean and orderly when we arrived. It was also stocked with everything we needed to be able to prepare meals throughout the week. The hosts also did a wonderful job of communicating with us. It’s location is also perfect! Quiet with access to the beach but close to all the fun tourist attractions in PCB. We are definitely going to stay here again when we come back in the future.

Good Times

This is the second time staying at Mariner West and I don’t know that I will ever stay anywhere else. The property is small and clean. Just far enough from the hustle and bustle but close enough to all of the things PCB has to offer! See ya next year!

Some work-some play

My brother and I had some family business to attend to in Panama City. We stayed in a lovely condo right on the beach and on days we didn’t work we enjoyed the Sun and relaxing on the balcony and beach. The condo had everything we needed for a perfect time and the hosts were so gracious and lovely to deal with. I would definitely recommend this place and plan on coming back again.

Just perfect!

My sisters and I spent 7 days in this beautiful beach home and everything was perfect. The condo is beautifully decorated, clean and fully stocked with all we needed for our stay. Laura made sure we had all the information we needed for check-in and out and, though we had no issues during our stay, she made sure I knew she was available anytime. Mariner West is an older complex but is wonderfully maintained, very clean and orderly… kudos to the building manager and maintenance staff. There are no wooden chairs and umbrellas lined up on the beach so the view from the balcony is peaceful and appealing which is where we spent many of our hours.

2023 Family Vacation

The condo was in a great location, right on the beach. The wrap around balcony was a great bonus for us! It was fully furnished . Met all our needs and then some. We had a small issue initially but Laura was quick to respond to me and we got it resolved. 5 stars and recommend to anyone looking for a condo on the beach with amazing views!

Great condo.

Our Mariner West Condo was very nice. It is an older complex but well maintained. The elevator is a little small and slow but it was never busy so it wasn’t a problem. The condo was great and well stocked. Beds were comfortable, washer and dryer were great too. I would definitely recommend it.

We love The Mariner

We always love our stay at The Mariner. We love the location and it's not crowded like the bigger condos. Besides the bed being a little uncomfortable, we loved everything about it. We will definitely be staying again in the future.

Great Stay

We’ve been traveling to Fl over 20 years and this is by far one of our favorite stays. The condo was clean, very well equipped with everything you need, the complex is well maintained, quiet and in a good area of restaurants / grocery stores and Laura was super to work with. We enjoyed it very much and will definitely return!
