The dining area includes a table that seats six guests, along with a bar that seats two. The kitchen is fully equipped and newly renovated with granite counter-tops, nice appliances and new cabinets.

There is a washer/dryer.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, a flat screen TV/cable, and a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo, and sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony. The guest bedroom has one queen size bed, a flat screen TV/cable, and a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

There is tile throughout the unit. The balcony has five chairs and one small table. View-faces the water, you can also see down the beach East/West, with a sunset view.
