  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Negative energy everywhere. Unfriendly staff. Out dated, sandy and dirty disorganized furniture, bed comforters and decor. Vending machine out of order; all week, gate brokenā€¦ would not stay at this property again.

Great location, views, and space but lack in cleanliness and overlooked maintenance issues.

We enjoyed our stay with RealJoy. We really liked the high level of the 14th floor and corner balcony. We felt we had privacy while still being able to enjoy the beauty and excitement of the beach. We were also pleased with the amount of space and bedroom setups. We had five adults and two children and we didn't ever feel cramped. Our main complaint would be the lack of cleanliness and maintenance which is quite a disappointment when you have almost $700 in host and service fees. From the loose bathtub faucet and broken bathroom light to the food (Goodness I hope it's not something else disgusting) on the walls and curtains. There was still cold coffee in the coffee pot from previous renters. The front door didn't have an extra lock and the door handle was loose which made me very uncomfortable.Though it was a nice family memory, we will most likely be going back to renting from privately owned renters. They tend to keep up more on their property from our experience.

Great Condo!

The condo itself was great. It was clean and had everything we need for our group of 5. The only drawback to this property is the parking. The parking is limited and is just a parking lot instead of a parking deck. The parking requires a pretty good walk and crossing the busy street to go back and forth. The spots are really tight and we have just purchased a brand new vehicle so were on edge about damage the entire trip. I would rather not stay here again just due to the parking.

Beautiful views, great location

Easy check in and out process. The property was very comfortable for our week in PCB. Amazing views with the corner unit. Beach is easily accessible. We liked having the shaded part of the pool when weā€™d gotten a bit too much sun at the beach. Parking is across the street, but itā€™s a short walk and there were always spots available. Would definitely stay here again!

Quick Beach Trip

The property was perfect for a quick birthday getaway! If I had anything to critique, it would be to upgrade the outside patio furniture. Everything was very clean and it was right on the beach. I do have to say that the beach in Panama City is one of the least clean. We picked up trash on our morning walk.

Girlsā€™ Trip

Travelers included 5 high school seniors taking a trip together before heading off to college. The condo location was great! We enjoyed being right on the beach and the views from the condo were awesome! Condo was very clean, appeared as advertised and was spacious enough for the six of us. We loved the property. It worked well for us. View was the most amazing part. Unfortunately we could not check in on time. The cleaning staff was very upset with the condition the condo had been vacated. Looking back we should have left the cleaners alone to do their job instead of being so excited to check in.
