Welcome to Beachfront Breeze, where you can walk straight into the ever popular St. Andrew's State Park on PCB's East End. Take advantage of all of the amenities offered on site like complimentary beach chair services, seasonally heated gulf front pool or hot tub, shuffleboard, picnic tables and tennis. This resort is a local favorite and this unit is a well loved second home on the 10th floor with breathtaking sunset views from the XL balcony.

Rare 2-bedroom and 2-bathroom 10th floor unit has everything you need to enjoy your Panama City Beach vacation. As soon as you enter you can see views of the sparkling Gulf water. You can't beat the views of the large wrap around balcony. If you like to stay in and cook, take advantage of the full-size kitchen and new appliances that are sure to please the chef of the family. A handrail is is installed in one of the showers along with comfort height toilets in both bathrooms for added convenience. Sit on the balcony and watch the sunrise as you drink your morning coffee or have an evening drink as the sun sets. This cozy home and its views are one you will never forget!

Stay like a local in the South Grand Lagoon neighborhood. Only steps from the white sandy beaches and some of the best restaurants and bars in Panama City Beach. Want to ride the emerald waves of PCB or go for a sunset cruise? No problem! Boat rentals, cruises, fishing and dive charters all operate out of local marinas in South Grand Lagoon and only minutes from the Commodore. Walk to Patch's Pub and enjoy a local dive bar with some of the best food around. Walk to St. Andrew's State Park - saving $8 / car load - to get incredible photos, swim in a "kiddie pool" protected inlet area, find shells, and snorkel.
If the weather doesn't cooperate don't worry, there are plenty of rainy day activities & shopping you can enjoy nearby like miniature golf, museums, Pier Park, Wonder Works and Ripley's Believe It or Not.

The beach, restaurants and retail stores are all walking distance from property. Most indoor and outdoor attractions and shopping centers are only a short drive away.

Golf-cart and bike rentals are available for those that want to get out and explore the area at a slower pace.

Avoid the hassle of carrying chairs and umbrellas to the beach with this unit's complimentary chair service (includes two chairs and umbrella daily from March 1st to October 1. Please note, only starter amenities are provided, you will need to purchase additional toilet paper, trash bags and laundry detergent etc.

Each town along 30A has its own unique identity, so we encourage you to explore them all!

- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.

Parking Details:
- Two vehicles are allowed per unit, but during major Holidays only 1 vehicle is allowed.
- A parking pass is required and HOA charges a fee of $40 for each vehicle.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.
