Share Our Spaces at Grand Panama Resort

Hey, y’all! Come on down and spend some time in the sun and surf. The coast here boasts of glistening emerald waters and sugar sand beaches. Bring your boogie board and your sand bucket and you’re set for a day of fun. Don’t forget to use the 2 beach loungers and umbrella that are included with this rental, just ask the staff at the beach shack (during season).
A newly furnished and professionally decorated unit awaits your arrival. Put down your luggage and take in the sensational view. Hungry...our well appointed kitchen has everything you need to whip up a gourmet meal. Eat at our cute bistro table or enjoy dinner on the balcony with the view. Bedtime...there are beds for five. Our beautifully decorated bedroom features a queen size bed and flat screen tv. There are comfy bunk beds in a private alcove. We also offer a queen size sofa bed in the living room with another flat screen tv.
Grand Panama Resort offers 2 heated pools, 2 hot tubs, 2 tiki huts, and a kiddie pool. The resort has a library and even a gift shop that includes last minute convenience items, such as wine!

  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

We had a fantastic quick getaway.

Our stay was brief before we met up with more family, nearby. It was the perfect mini vacay. The location was ideal. The beach chairs were a great amenity. But, the owners were the big star. Their communication throughout our stay was so helpful, from the parking garage information to the WIFI codes. We will absolutely be back next time our family needs a quick getaway, before meeting up with our larger family. I would give more stars, if I could, 5 doesn't seem like enough.

Exactly as described! Our host made sure the check-in process was smooth and easy. She was quick to answer any questions we may have had about our stay. The condo was clean and had every amenity we may have needed and then some. They also have a great security staff which gave me peace of mind when my teen was walking from this condo to her friend's.

Great stay, Great host!

The place is what it seems. So nice and so very close off the beach. It was neat, clean, and quiet. The host was navigating through a family emergency and still found time to meet our needs and check in on us!!! A great stay and I recommend if you are looking for a great get-away!!!

Awesome location

This is in a perfect location!!! Everything you would need is right on site. There is a Walmart super close by for your needs. There is more than enough room in the condo for everyone to spread out and relax. We would definitely stay here again!!

4 night stay in pcb

Spent four nights at the gran panam resort in Panama City beach Florida. Great unit with awesome views of Panama City and great view of the gulf from the 17th floor. Easy access to two pools and the beach thru a walkway over front beach road. Would book again

Great Beach Getaway

The property owner was wonderful to work with and made the stay very enjoyable. So attentive and friendly. The condo itself was clean, well stocked and beautifully furnished with the most amazing ocean view from the balcony. Super easy walk to the beach or getting around PCB, and the beach access was just as ideal. Really a perfect setup. The bedroom is adjacent to the main walkway and we got woken up a few times by noisy neighbors, but otherwise we loved the spot and our host. Would stay again!

MOLDY AND DIRTY

As soon as you open the door you smell mold/mildew. The sheets and towels stunk. The whole place stink so bad we had to go buy candles. The pillow cases had mold on them. The doors, cabinets, and ceiling had mold growing on them. None of the doors would close. All the furniture was peeling. The couch was janky. You couldn’t even sit on it. It was very dirty. We had to buy cleaning supplies and clean. The dishes were dirty. After leaving I emailed the property owners with our complaints with no response, then later I received an email saying the property owners were filing a damage claim for $650 even though we did not damage anything. I would not recommend staying here.

Perfect for family of 5

Beautiful condo with the beach steps from the property. We were located in the tower across the street so we had to go across to the beach, but it was perfect because the other tower was extremely busy and the pool on our side was always empty and seemed much cleaner. This was our first time renting a condo, we usually rent a house but this was perfect. The location of the property was perfect bc it seemed like you were in your own private nook. We only came upon a couple of mishaps. The condo itself was clean, however the towels and bedding weren't. The bed was made and the towels were rolled up, but we found blond strands of hair and stains. We brought our own detergent so we were able to wash it before use. I did contact the manager to let them know and they were mortified and said they will talk to their cleaning crew about it. There weren't any dishsoap or sponge so we had to go out an get some. Toilet paper and paper towels weren't refilled so we had to get that also. So be prepared. Also, make sure you have your netflix/disney/etc to sign in the tvs. I tried screencastifying my phone to the smart tv but the tv and my phone werent able to 'find' each other. Other than that, our stay was very pleasant. The property was clean, safe, and close to activities around town. The manager responded fairly quickly answering all my questions. Will definitely stay here again.

Comfortable condo with great views and location

One of the best managed rentals and the best communication I have ever had from a VRBO or ABNB host. Getting in and out of condos can be a bit complex but the guess work is usually what makes it that way. Ultra clear and timely communication made all the difference. Location is good, situations almost central to east and west ends of PCB on a part of front beach not so traffic prone but also not as walkable.. plan to rent a golf cart if you like to do a lot of exploring because parking here is a bit tough I’m sure only in the peak season, once you find your spot try to stay there. The condo itself was very spacious, easily accommodated a family of 5. Loved the size of the balcony and the unobstructed beach view even being across the street from the ocean. Everything was well labeled and I liked the little touches that many rental units don’t have like two kcups available in case you forgot or didn’t get grocery on the way in and full size bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The decor has some special touches as well that I really appreciated such as the unique historical headboard in bedroom. Bathrooms were a great size too and plenty of extra linens. Unfortunately our trip was ruined by bad weather but having a nice play to be made up for it and we hope to return to this same unit for a nicer weather weekend trip.

Excellent stay!

Loved our stay here and will definitely be back! Only a short distance from the beach and you can take the walkover across. Very quick response from the owners each time we needed to contact them! The only downfalls of the resort (that was out of their hands) was that the pool was closed for maintenance for a majority of our time but that’s what the beach is for! Also.. parking in the same tower and luggage carts were difficult to find at times. Again.. not the owner’s fault .. just thought I’d offer a heads up for guests in the future.

Great Unit

We loved our stay at this unit. Many great amenities and easy access to the beach. The only issue is the parking situation. The parking garage is borderline unsafe especially when spaces become scarce. If parking I would suggest using the outdoor parking and avoid the garage.

Check in was quick and easy… comfortable beds… nice furniture and modern kitchen… plenty of tv Chanel’s and a beautiful view of the ocean… the kitchen has everything you need from blenders to crock pots down to Brownie and cake pans… will defiantly be staying here again… communication with the owners was easy and they responded quickly to every question…

OUTSTANDING!!!

What an amazing condo! From booking to check out, our entire experience with this condo/owner was absolutely amazing! This unit was spotless, updated amenities, behind the beach but still a great view of the ocean as well as the city! The best part was that the condo owner was so kind. She checked in with us every few days and made sure we had everything we needed and even warned us of the excessive heat! Don't pass up this booking!!! 5 stars for sure!!
