Kick off your sandals at the door and relax in this adorable beach home! The serene outdoor space and layout of the home creates an atmosphere perfect for spending time with your family and making lasting memories.

You can relax in the spacious living area, prepare a family meal in the beautiful kitchen, or stroll out onto front porch to soak up some Florida sunshine! Within a short 10 min walk/ 5 min bike ride you will find BEACH!!! 3 min drive to the Beach.

When you arrive at the home, you are immediately welcomed by palm trees and a HUGE front porch leading up to the home's entryway. The front door has a Schlage Keypad Entry which opens into the open floor plan living space. Floor plan of this home features a comfy living area with a wall mounted large 55” Samsung Smart TV and coffee table. The living room has two very comfortable day beds with memory foam mattresses to either lounge on or enjoy a great night’s sleep.

The open Kitchen has a 2 door Refrigerator / Freezer combo, freestanding electric range/oven combo, microwave oven, coffeemaker, and toaster. The free-standing bar has a double bowl sink beside an electric dishwasher with seating for 3 in high bar chairs. Our kitchen is stocked with skillets, pots, pans, plates, bowls, forks, knives, spoons and all you need to cook and eat regular meals. A large kitchen table has seating for 6 on chairs.

The Master Bedroom has a wonderful King size memory foam bed with night stands and power strips on both sides for your phone chargers. There is a wall mounted large 55” Samsung Smart TV. The walk-in closet is equipped with Iron/Ironing board, extra pillows, blankets, box fans, and hangers. The Master bedroom is complete with a private Master Bath with a Walk-In Shower, vanity with a larger mirror and accent lights, & toilet.

The 2nd bedroom has 1 queen size bed with lamps and nightstands along with power strips for energy hungry phone chargers. It is equipped with a large wall mounted 55” Samsung Smart TV. Close by is the 2nd Full Bathroom with a shower-tub combo, vanity with a larger mirror w/accent lights, and toilet.

The 3rd bedroom has Bunk beds w/trundle (3 twin memory foam mattresses) with a lamp and nightstand along with a power strip for energy hungry phone chargers.

Close to the kitchen is the laundry room complete with a full-size electric washing machine and dryer. Home is cooled by an electric central heat and air HVAC with a digital thermostat. WOW WIFI internet transmits from a cable modem that also has Ethernet capabilities.

By the home, you have parking for 2 vehicles on the white rock driveway. The large open deck has dusk to dawn accent lights as well as beautiful string lighting around the picnic table on the ground deck. Home sits on a well-manicured lot with beautiful palms to complete this nice beachy space. Round charcoal BBQ grill with cover sits near the picnic table on the white rock grilling area (Charcoal and Starter fluid NOT PROVIDED). After a sandy day along the Gulf of Mexico, rinse off with the full size unique outside bamboo shower.

This is the perfect home away from home with a comfortable, cozy feel and the beautiful beaches.
