Coast Awhile is a 3 story beach cottage located in the gated community of Carillon Beach on the west end of Panama City Beach. The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 and a half bathrooms, and sleeps up to 11. The kitchen, dining room, living room, and half bath are located on the ground floor. There is a covered front porch on the ground floor which has a grill. The master bedroom and the queen guest bedroom are located on the second floor. Each has a private full bath. There are two bedrooms and a second living area on the third floor with a full shared bath. One of the bedrooms is ideal for children with three built in single beds. The other bedroom has a queen bed. There is a queen sofa sleeper in the living area. There is a TV in the living room, master, 2nd floor queen, and 3rd floor living room. Wi-Fi is included. Two designated beach chairs are provided on the beach from March 1-October 30.

Carillon Beach is located just a few minutes from Rosemary Beach and the scenic Highway 30-A corridor. Many guests in Carillon rent golf carts during their stay, which is a great way to get around the neighborhood and to go to and from the beach walkover. Golf cart rental details are included in our welcome letter. Many guests also enjoy riding bicycles in the neighborhood and along the 30-A bike path which starts just a few miles away in Rosemary Beach. The path runs close to 20 miles from one end of 30-A to the other and is great for riding, jogging, or walking. Along the path you will ride through the developments of Alys Beach, Seaside, Watercolor, Watersound, Grayton Beach, and Blue Mountain Beach. There are many dining and shopping opportunities within minutes of Carillon Beach. We hope to welcome you as a guest in the near future.

First Floor: Living Room with Patio Access, Kitchen, Dining, Powder Room.

Second Floor: King Master Bedroom with Walk-In Shower and Balcony Access, Queen Bedroom with Walk-In Shower, Laundry.

Third Floor: Bonus Den with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Balcony Access, Queen Bedroom, Hall Bath with Walk-In Shower, Bedroom with Three Twin Beds.

*Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the Bellview and Lakefront community pools are typically heated November through April.

*The Carillon Beach community requires guests to pay a $35 registration fee per vehicle.
