DETAILS: Blu Manor is an incredible 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom Rosemary Beach Main Home and Carriage
House. Located south of 30A, Blu Manor is steps from Rosemary’s Coquina
Pool, beach access, restaurants, and shopping.

Guests will love the restful first floor, which has 2 guest bedrooms, a laundry area, and a
primary bedroom. Stepping inside, guests will find a wide hall and laundry area with plenty of
space to stash beach bags. A twin-over-twin bunk bed ia tucked cleverly into a wall dividing a
guest bedroom with a queen bed from a guest bedroom with 2 twin beds. The primary bedroom
has beautiful wide-plank hardwood floors, a king bed, and a private bathroom with a shower.

An open family area with lovely views of a large balcony comprises most of the second floor. A
kitchen and dining area with a dark stone floor has premium appliances, a 6-burner gas
cooktop, a long dining table that seats 10, and custom white cabinetry. Beautiful hardwood
floors and wooded views create a relaxed feel in the living area. 2 comfortable sofas and chairs
surround a gas fireplace and flat-screen TV. A game table for the puzzles and card games that
fill the cabinets is a great place to unplug and reconnect. French doors open to a shaded wrap-
around balcony with neighborhood views and an outdoor dining table. Off the living area is a
guest bedroom with a queen bed.

A bonus living area on the third floor has a twin trundle bed, a large flat-screen TV, and many games and
books.

An open wood deck with a gas grill and an outdoor table joins the Main House to the 1 bedroom
with Loft Carriage House. The adorable Carriage House has navy blue and white furnishings, a
high ceiling, and a balcony overlooking the neighborhood. A kitchenette has everything hungry
guests need and overlooks a collection of armchairs that surround a large flat-screen TV. A
guest bedroom with a queen bed is separated from the kitchen and living area by a curtain and
pocket door. A spiral staircase leads up to a loft space with a king bed and an adorable window
seat.

Guests can easily explore Rosemary Beach and 30A’s bike path on 5 included adult bikes.
