***Our pools are seasonally heated up to 80°-85°! During the cold/winter time, when the outside temperature drops, the pool's heaters are kicked on to maintain the temperature inside the pools within 80-85°. Hot tub is open and heated all year around! Our maintenance team is checking pools daily to make sure the temperature is right.

ALL amenities are OUTDOOR and COMPLEMENTARY comes with our condo:

*Covered Outdoor Beachfront pool (heated 80-85°)
*Covered Outdoor Hot tub (heated all year around)
*Covered Outdoor Aqua Park with water slides and a big water basket (not heated at any time)

***Aqua Park and Frog Pad are open all year around, but typically turned off during the off-season to conserve energy. However, these two amenities can be activated upon a guest's request at any time. You may simply ask any Splash Stuff member to turn them on for you. Please note that the water in these parks is not heated, as it is not feasible to maintain constant heating for running water.

***Please be advised, if for any unexpected/emergency/repairs reasons, any amenities will not be available during your stay, it is out of the owner's control and the owner is not responsible for that.

*Early check-in option based on condo availability and might be possible for additional $50 fee. Please send inquiry about that to the host.
*** Please kindly do not ask for any discounts for stays less than a week. We offer our best prices available. We do not do any type of discounts for stays less than 7 days. Our discount is automatically applied for stays longer than 7 days. Thank you in advance!

***Please, kindly do not ask to cancel or decrease the cleaning fees. Please understand, that it is the only income for the cleaning crews and they and their families depend on it. Thank you for your understanding!

*The the registration fee is $40. This fee includes wristbands and one parking pass (if needed) and covers the entire stay for the whole family. An additional parking pass will be an extra $40. The regeneration fee should be made at the time of registration directly to the resort.
**-Please note - All Resort amenities are managed by a third party and could be closed at any time for reasons out of our control. If any amenities will not be available during your stay for any unexpected/emergency/ repairs/renovation, and other reasons, it is out of our control and it will not be a reson for refund.
***​IMPORTANT: Property & Construction Notice

​Please be aware that the complex will be undergoing a scheduled exterior restoration project starting September 14th, which may impact certain amenities during your stay:

​Noise & Hours: Work will take place daily. Expect extra noise during standard working hours, Monday through Friday, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
​Phase 1 (Sept 14 – Oct 18): Restoration project begins. Only the Frog Pad for little ones will be closed starting September 14th; all main pools and other resort amenities will remain fully open.
​Phase 2 – East Tower Renovation (Oct 19 – Nov 29): The East Pool, Lazy River, and Kiddie Pad will be closed. The West Pool, Hot Tub, and Splash Pad will remain open.
​Phase 3 – West Tower Renovation (Starting approx. Nov 29): The West Pool, Hot Tub, and Splash Pad will be closed. The East Pool, Lazy River, and Kiddie Pad will be open.
​Please note: All restoration schedules are subject to change based on weather conditions.
