Tidewater has everything you can ask for! Our unit is comfortably decorated with lots of amenities. The balcony is perfect for watching dolphins, reading or enjoying the white sand and blue water.

Tidewater Beach Resort offers two lagoon pools with spas 4200 square feet each, heated indoor pool, pool side tiki bars, fitness center with a health bar, men and women's steam room and sauna, a 5000 square feet conference center, movie and media center, covered walkways from covered parking deck to the condo. We have seven high speed elevators to get you where you're going.

With a total of 1131 square feet of living space, this unit offers granite counter tops and 9 foot ceilings. Many extras and upgrades in the unit make it comfortable, relaxing and fun. We have a Combination Lock on the front door for your convenience. No worries with losing keys. High speed wireless internet will keep you connected, TV/DVD in both bedrooms including a 60 inch TV w/DVD in the family room to entertain you. New Fridge and freshly painted (2025); there is a washer and dryer in the unit as well.

We have TWO full bedrooms and a third 'bunk' room for the kids. There are 3 bathrooms, one for each bedroom so everyone has privacy! Our master bedroom has a king size bed and our guest bedroom has a queen bed.

For added fun, Pier Park is located 1/2 mile from Tidewater where you can dine, shop, entertain the kids or see a movie.
