Capistrano #201 is a beautiful 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Gulf-front/Beachfront condo on the Florida Gulf in Seacrest/Inlet Beach, just west of Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. The 1175 sq. ft. condo sleeps 6 with 2 queen beds and queen sofa bed with premium gel mattress in living room. We are on the 2nd floor of a quiet, 9-unit Spanish-style building with professionally manicured landscaping that includes palm trees, gardens, a fountain, spacious backyard/play area, a sunset deck, communal charcoal BBQ. Parking and a bike rack are included. Our 2nd floor corner unit is ideal in this building--that does not have elevator, high enough for a view of the ocean, with only one flight of stairs when carrying luggage or groceries. No pool --but no pool necessary with the gentle Gulf waves!

Our beach is not crowded, like some others in the 30a area. Also, we have a coded beach access gate to limit access to our walkover and beach waterfront.

Splendid panoramic views from inside and out! On your private balcony with a bistro table and 4 swivel armchairs, dine outside, watch the dolphins and gorgeous sunsets, do your e-mail or write that novel! (There is an electrical outlet on the deck). All the conveniences of home with fully equipped designer kitchen, large flat screen TV’s, stereo system, Free wireless high speed internet, and full size washer-drier. Primary bedroom has an en-suite bath with tub-shower. Guest bath has glass block shower. Location on 30A is 2 mi. West of Rosemary Beach and 1 mi. West of Aly's Beach and close to historic Seaside, between Destin and Panama City Beach--close to many independent restaurants, shops and art galleries. We are also close to Pier Park which offers movies and popular shopping brands. 30a area features weekly farmers markets, and annual festivals including the Songwriters festival in January, the Seaside half marathon and wine festivals in February, Digital Graffiti at Alys Beach, and Sandestin Arts and Crafts show in May and a Seaside wine festival in November. Beach chair and umbrella rentals with daily set up services, bike and kayak rentals are widely available. (Google 30a beach services).
