Beautiful 2 Bed/2 Bath Oceanfront Condo Overlooking Pool - Includes Beach Chairs

Large Comfortable Condo (1,200 sq ft) on the World's Most Beautiful Beach!

Spacious beachy oceanfront 2-bedroom condo with 2 full bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, large dining room and living room. The master bedroom has a king bed and the 2nd bedroom has 2 queen beds. In the living room, the sofa makes into a queen sleeper. A private balcony, accessible from both the living room and master bedroom, has lovely deck furniture so you can enjoy the view of the Gulf of Mexico all day, and watch the sunset in the evening. New in 2023 - a set of beach chairs with umbrella is included for use by our guests!

There is free WiFi throughout the resort and in the condos. We have a 50" Smart TV in the living room, and each of the bedrooms have flat-panel TVs and ceiling fans. The condo includes a washing machine and dryer .

Regency Towers Resort is a gated property, with 2 pools (seasonally heated), a kiddie pool, Jacuzzi/hot tub, large exercise room, and billiards room. There is a wonderful Tiki bar between the pools with a full menu, and daily entertainment during summer months. Parking is available within the gated property, and an overflow lot directly across the street can be used for RV/boat parking. Beach chairs/umbrellas, jet skis, and parasailing rentals available on beach in front of condo.

This condo has the LOCATION everyone wants as it has 540 feet of private beach so you can walk barefoot on the beach, go for a swim, or spend the day sitting at the beach. Or stay by the pools where ample chairs are available, eat at the Tiki bar by the pool, or stroll over to restaurants located directly on the beach.

Regardless of age, there are lots of activities available in the area. Within a mile you can play golf, mini-golf, ride go-carts, or try out the bungee. Other activities in the area include fishing, greyhound dog races, amusement parks, and great shopping. So many wonderful eating places located directly on the beach, and great early-bird special abound. There is a $40 resort fee, which includes one parking pass, payable when you arrive and check in with the resort. An additional parking pass can be purchased for $15.
