    Enjoy 300 feet of white sand beaches, an indoor/outdoor heated pool with a second pool directly on the Gulf, a hot tub, a steam room, an outdoor spa, and an exercise room, and a night security team. Tropic Winds has only 165 units, which makes its 300 feet of uncrowded white sand beach even less crowded than most other PCB beaches. Pier Park is approximately 1.5 miles from the complex.

The positives: The unit has nice furniture, and we liked being in the top-floor corner unit. The balcony was nice and comfortable even on the hottest days because of the breeze. The views of the beach and surrounding area were also really nice. The location is convenient to shopping and restaurants. The easy access to the beach was great, and we appreciated the beach chair setup included with the unit. The negatives: The kitchen was poorly stocked with flatware (5 forks), decent knives, and cooking utensils. There is a coffee maker that requires filters (none were provided), but a Keurig would have been a better touch. The sliding glass doors do not slide well; the tracks were dirty, and it takes a lot of effort to open and close them. The clothes dryer finish buzzer will go on and on until the dryer door is opened, and it's quite loud. Being able to open the sliding glass doors easily and having a well-stocked kitchen would have gone a long way in improving our stay. Also, no hand soap is provided in the kitchen or bathrooms, so if you stay here, be sure to bring some.
