Ramsgate Harbour 60- Coastal Cabana is a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhome perfectly placed at the west end of Front Beach Road, next to Carillon Beach. Ramsgate Harbour 60- Coastal Cabana features new hardwood floors, granite countertops, all updated stainless steel appliances, and 3 flat screen TVs. This beautiful, beachfront townhome sleeps 6 comfortably with two bedrooms on the second floor. The master bedroom has a king size bed, the guest bedroom has a queen bed, and there is also a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. You'll also have a laundry area and a half bath on the first floor. Once you step out onto one of the two balconies, you can overlook the emerald waters of the Gulf, the sugar white sands of the beach, and the Ramsgate Harbour pool area, complete with picnic tables, outdoor showers, and restrooms. Ramsgate Harbour 60- Coastal Cabana is perfect beach getaway spot, with everything you need and nothing you don't!

Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. Ramsgate Harbour is a three story, 66 unit complex, with 550 feet of the most beautiful white sand beaches just off the balconies of the complex. Ramsgate Harbour is ideally located away from the high rise condos and Spring Break crowd; but close to some of Florida’s finest restaurants, shopping, and other entertainment options. Bayou Bill’s is right across the street or head east down the beach and try Boars Head, Pineapple Willey’s, Captain Anderson’s or Pier 77. Go West toward Seaside to the Beaches of South Walton (Highway 30A) and choose from Shades, Terrace Restaurant, Bud and Alleys, or The Red Bar. For your shopping pleasure, the Silver Sands Outlet Mall is less than a 25 minute drive in San Destin. Pier Park, less than 10 minutes away, offers Dillards, Target, JC Penney, numerous other shops and restaurants, and movie theater. For a taste of ā€œOld Floridaā€, you have to try Dusty's or Thomas Donuts. For the kids, don’t miss Shipwreck Island Water Park, Wonder Works, or Zooworld. For your convenience, Publix, Winn Dixie, and CVS are within walking distance.

Some ā€œmust see, must tryā€ area attractions include Shipwreck Island Waterpark, putt-putt golf, go-carts, arcades, and bumper boats! Try Pirate's Plunge, Treetop Drop or the Whiteknuckle Rapids. Cosatal Cabana is in a great location with a great view! Howver, Costal Cabana needs a really good deep clean. The floors were very dirty, like have not been mopped lately. Dryer was suspect and there was some evidence of mold in the master shower. AS good deep clean and a couple of updates and this would be a 5 star no problem

Have stayed at Ramsgate many times, first time in this unit. Location is the best asset. Paid for a parking pass, instructions said one would be available in the unit, there was not one. Cleanliness was ok, sand on top of the bed and in the sheets in 2nd bedroom. Keurig does not work, flashes error message. Blinds broken in den left window. Light over dining table flickers. Only one small dish cloth provided, at least one kitchen hand towel would be nice. AC works great! Beds comfortable. Overall good stay.

Great beach location

Property manager was very responsive and informative. The property location is fantastic. Cleanliness could use a little tweaking. Nothing major, but there was some mildew on fixtures in the master bathtub and small black ants on the kitchen counter. Our overall experience at Coastal Cabana was good, and we would stay again.

Nice unit but somewhat Plain Jane. Met all our needs though. Good location - about halfway between Rosemary Beach and Panama City Pier. Worried pool house might obscure beach view but it was fine. Overall good stay.

Once we arrived there was an overwhelming awful smell in the unit. There was no parking pass provided as was indicated in our check-in instructions. We also found out that the bathtubs were very slippery and i actually almost fell. The stair rail was also loose on the stairs that led to the 2nd floor insude the unit. We discovered that the dishwasher did not work and had that awful odor in it. The dryer also did not work. We did notify property management about these issues and they sent a repair person to the unit. He tightened the stair rail and sprayed an ozone spray to assist with the odor. Another repair person arrived to work on the dishwasher and dryer. He let us know that the control board on the dishwasher needed to be replaced and that the dryer was a 2012 model that had probably dried thousands of loads. He removed a ton of dryer lint from the exterior dryer vent, but it still did not dry well. He said he was able to get the dishwasher to run, but we were never able to make it work. The realtor brought a non-slip bath mat for the bathtub. They offered an ozone machine to eliminate the odor, but my husband already has breathing difficulties and we would have had to vacate the condo for about 6 hours before we could have re-entered as the air would have been unsafe to breathe. There are a total of 44 stairs to climb during your stay here. Bottom line, they should have already known these issues existed prior to our stay.

I’ve stayed here before and it’s a really nice place to stay. Unfortunately, there was a lot of construction going on which I was not informed about to begin with. I did contact property management and they were really really good about the whole mess. I would definitely recommend a Ramsgate Harbour it’s in a great place not crowded right across the street from waffle house Winn-Dixie Dunkin’ Donuts in Bayou Bills, the place was gorgeous but I have stayed in other places where they supplied beach towels and chairs and stuff and I would definitely recommend that instead of having to bring my own. There was some confusion about renting beach chairs as well needs to be explained a little better , overall I was happy and would recommend staying here as long as there’s no ongoing construction.

Great location at a good price

Unit has obviously been under recent renovation with new floors and faucets. The location is great and the view of the pool and gulf are fabulous, but the property to the west blocks the western view of the beach. No elevator and entrance to the unit is on the third floor. This is a very comfortable unit and the location is FABULOUS on the quiet end of the beach with a restaurant and grocery within walking distance.

Checked in on Sat. 08/20. First the kitchen. Stove top was dirty, crumbs all over top and spills were evident. Getting items in and out of fridge very awkward . You have to stand in corner against window/wall to open and put items in or remove them. TV was a nightmare to figure out. One set of blinds to left of TV broken, have to open/close by dragging hand up and down. Chair on balcony off bedroom upstairs broken/dangerous. Handrail on staircase to upstairs somewhat loose. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. If I owned this unit I would spend a little money and make a few repairs.

Overall good!

When we checked in we were told we had to pay for each parking spot at $35/each. I promptly sent and email and got the run around then finally was told I would be issued a refund for ONE of the passes. Fair enough… Upon entering the room there was quite a bit of room for improvement in the cleaning process. There is quite a bit of construction going on so this could be part of the issue. Linens were not as clean as they should be, floor was not clean, toilet etc. We cleaned up the condo ourself and emailed the property manager the next day (since it was so late already) who offered to send cleaning team out again. I declined because I had already taken care of it. The location was absolutely perfect. Covered parking was amazing for this heat. Water hose near parking area was great for rinsing cars and toys. The pool was a great plus for the double red flag day we had while there. The condo could use extra linens and blankets for the sofa pull out that is advertised. Thankful we all brought our own blankets. We would go back with all thing considered because of the location and overall size of condo. Just a few frustrating things but we have stayed at several condos over the last ten years and this wasn’t an abnormal experience by any means. Again, the area is just perfect. Very little crowds and walking distance to a grocery store.

Upon arrival, there was a worker in the condo. There was no power in part of the condo. (Repaired day 2). Day 2 there were workers show up in the AM to replace exterior windows. We were not informed there would be construction. The plus side of location were - Closeness to beach (Right there - Great), Location - easy to find - On a more secluded area of beach (almost seemed private).

Great location, Beautiful views

I was born and raised in the area and have gotten very tired of the east end of PCB. We were really happy to find this unit on the west end. The beach is gorgeous and not at all busy. The pool is very nice. My kids had a blast in the pool since there were bad rip currents on the days we were visiting. The unit was a perfect size for our family of 5 and we loved the views. We did however encounter some problems. In fairness, we didn't ask for things to be fixed while we were there. Our stay was short and we weren't inside much so we chose to deal with it. The complex is in the process of being renovated. This caused occasional parking issues because there were dumpsters and construction vehicles taking up spots. The unit was not entirely finished. The areas around the balcony doors and windows were not done yet and were just taped. During a large rainstorm, water poured in around the balconies on both floors. We mopped it up and it was okay, but that concerned me. The floors were filthy also. Our feet turned black so I'd recommend socks or house shoes. We cleaned the floor ourselves and it was still dirty. I'm thinking it was maybe from the recent renovations. Construction dust can be hard to clean for awhile. On our 2nd day there the TV quit working and we lost WiFi as well. The other TVs were connected to the living room TV so we weren't able to watch TV at all. That wasn't a big issue for us since we weren't there to watch TV but it was frustrating at times for the kids. There were also some issues with the 2nd bathtub draining very well. Overall we had a great stay. There were things that weren't perfect, but you can't beat the view and proximity to the pool and beach. My kids were happy and are already asking to go back.
