Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

Long Beach Resort is a 3-building complex located beachfront in Panama City Beach. It features beautifully landscaped tropical grounds, a 7500 square foot lagoon pool with waterfalls, and palm tree islands. Two heated pools, three whirlpool spas, poolside bar and grills, and 24-hour gated security. There's plenty of parking adjacent to the buildings. With a stay at Long Beach Resort in Panama City Beach, you'll be on the beach with convenient access to Ripley's, Wonder Works, and Shipwreck Island Park, and Coyote Ugly.

This vacation rental features:
Studio with king bed, sleeper sofa, washer/dryer and kitchenette
Maximum Guest Occupancy: 2 Guests (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.)

Unit 400E is in tower 1 on the 4th floor.

From your private balcony overlooking one of the three resort pools, you will enjoy gorgeous sunsets and panoramic views. Enjoy a balcony overlooking the gulf.

Long Beach Resort is a gated, secure haven meticulously designed with your comfort in mind. Your resort wristbands grant access to an array of amenities, including:
2 Swimming pools, 1 large lagoon pool (unheated), and 3 whirlpools
Beachfront resort
Bar and Snack bar
Vending machine (snacks and drinks)

During their stay, guests may utilize the surface lot parking area only. Park directly in front of the tower that your condo is located in. You will find a parking pass in your unit upon arrival. Please return to your car with it immediately, as this pass needs to be visible on your vehicle's dashboard for the entirety of your stay.

Upon booking, you'll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it's not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.

Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).

Important Notice: Please be aware that Long Beach Resort is undergoing a property-wide construction project through March 2026. While beach access will remain open throughout, booking guests should expect the following:

· Daytime work activity (Mon–Sat, 7am–5pm)
· Noise and visible construction equipment
· Temporary pool and balcony closures on a rotating schedule
· Adjusted parking
· Walkways may be rerouted
