"Beach State of Mind" PCB #400E Studio Sleeps 4

The condo is a beautiful, beachfront studio located at Long Beach Resort, one of Panama City Beachā€™s finest and most exclusive condominium properties.

Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

Long Beach Resort is a 3-building complex located beachfront in Panama City Beach. It features beautifully landscaped tropical grounds, a 7500 square foot lagoon pool with waterfalls, and palm tree islands. Two heated pools, three whirlpool spas, poolside bar and grills, and 24-hour gated security. There's plenty of parking adjacent to the buildings. With a stay at Long Beach Resort in Panama City Beach, you'll be on the beach with convenient access to Ripley's, Wonder Works, and Shipwreck Island Park, and Coyote Ugly.

This vacation rental features:
Studio with king bed, sleeper sofa, washer/dryer and kitchenette
Maximum occupancy is 2 guests

Unit 400E is in tower 1 on the 4th floor.

From your private balcony overlooking one of the three resort pools, you will enjoy gorgeous sunsets and panoramic views. Enjoy a balcony overlooking the gulf.

Long Beach Resort is a gated, secure haven meticulously designed with your comfort in mind. Your resort wristbands grant access to an array of amenities, including:
2 Swimming pools, 1 large lagoon pool (unheated), and 3 whirlpools
Beachfront resort
Bar and Snack bar
Vending machine (snacks and drinks)

During their stay, guests may utilize the surface lot parking area only. Park directly in front of the tower that your condo is located in. You will find a parking pass in your unit upon arrival. Please return to your car with it immediately, as this pass needs to be visible on your vehicleā€™s dashboard for the entirety of your stay.

Upon booking, youā€™ll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as itā€™s not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.

Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).

It was nice.

The property itself was okay, but not the cleanest or most well kept. The lagoon pool was really pretty neat, but not super clean and the Hangout (pool bar) BLASTED club music the entire time, with the exception of a live singer one evening. Not relaxing or tropical vibes. The room was cute and fine for two, but the bed moves and squeaks a lot, but comfy. Need a rug! The balcony could use some more comfy furniture and a good cleaning. The price was right and the views were nice.

Small but nice

The unit we stayed in was small but worked for my husband and I. It had a great view of the beach. There is only a shower in the room and the shower is small so be aware of that. The only thing is I wish they would let you check in before 4pm. We had to wait until exactly 4pm to get in the room and check-out is 10am.

Weekend getaway!

The studio condo at Longbeach Resort was sweet and quaint, convenient and quiet! It had all the amenties you would need, and everything was clean and tidy. The king size bed was nice and comfy. Bathroom was spacious. There is only a tiny fridge and no stove, so don't plan on preparing meals while you are there, although there are several crock pots for use!! We will definately be back for another weekend getaway!!

Great location in PCB. We were able to walk to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. Perfect for two. Very clean. The 4th floor was great because it had a nice view of the beach but was not so high to always have to use the elevator.

The condo is very nice and well stocked. The manager is very concerned and quick to reply to any needs. The resort as nice, but elevators worked sporadically and adjacent parking lot was unavailable most of our two weeks there due to construction.

2023 Beach Trip

Great location for our little family of three. Loved the private stretch of beach area. Would like to see the resort open the fitness facility back up. Room was great and clean and all we needed for the week!

Amazing vacation and a long review

First off, thank you David for everything! Before arriving, he answered every message I sent, usually within minutes. We ended up being able to come an extra day and he really helped us out. Once we got there, it was the cutest little studio! It had everything listed and then some. This one didnā€™t have a full kitchen but there were crockpots, blenders, etc in the cabinet. We didnā€™t need anything! The maintenance staff was great. We came in one evening after dinner and noticed some water on the floor due to the air conditioner running a lot and a small clog in the line. No big deal, my husband knows how to deal with it. It happens every summer at home. Before I can even get the water wiped up, they were on top of it! Calling and messaging. An AC man was there in about 30 minutes! Problem solved. About security, it is no joke. I was a little annoyed at first with the constant checking our pass every time I came in but then we lost it, on a weekend at that. They were so helpful! They got us through until management was on site on Monday. Then, with only one day left, management helped us out as well! They WILL tow youā€™re car if you donā€™t belong there. We have friends who ask why we donā€™t vacation elsewhere, like California. This is why. Southern hospitality. Iā€™ve been there, itā€™s not the same. This is a place I would feel comfortable letting my 13 yr old and her friends run around without me directly by their side. We really loved this place.
