BEAUTIFUL BEACH FRONT! 15TH FLOOR UNIT!

Majestic Beach Resort Unit tower 2 - 1501 is located directly on the beautiful emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico in Panama City Beach. This 15th floor unit is the perfect height to provide the most unforgettable beach views. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom getaway has a king bed in the master, king in the 2nd bedroom with a private balcony, a twin over double bunk bed in the 3rd bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa and twin sleeper in the living room. All 3 bedrooms and the living room have cable television and wi-fi is provided in the unit. A full size washer and dryer in the laundry room and full kitchen give you all the comforts of home while on vacation. Starting Jan 1 2024 all guests will have to pay resort $40 per vehicle when they register.

Majestic Beach Resort offers many amenities. Three beachfront pools, two beachfront Jacuzzis, and two climate controlled indoor pools are just the start. Poolside restaurant and bar, onsite market, and organized activities will keep the whole family entertained. A rooftop tennis courts offer exercise options for those interested.

The six floor parking garage is connected to the tower with enclosed, climate-controlled walkways. The elevators in the towers were recently upgraded to high speed which saves you time when you are ready to go to the beach or out on the town. Majestic Beach Towers is within walking distance of several restaurants and bars and a quick drive to Pier Park, Shipwreck Waterpark, Ripley’s, Wonderworks, and many other local attractions. Starting Jan 1st, 2024 guests will have to register with the resort and will have to pay $40 per vehicle.

Singles under the age of twenty-five (25) are prohibited from booking unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. For all family groups, married couples and responsible adults over the age of 25, proof of age is required. There may be additional restrictions regarding the number of people that may accompany a parent or legal guardian. Age and identity will be verified prior to check-in.

  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Beautiful

This property is beautiful and very clean, the check in process is super easy. The beds were very comfortable. The cover parking is perfect for those rainy days. I would recommend this place to anyone and definitely would stay there again without any hesitation.

Issues

Check in was easy, that’s about all that was. Floors were not clean, living room furniture was stained and sticky, AC wasn’t working when we arrived. I felt like I was playing project manager the first 3-4 days while I dealt with the property management company and their subcontractors. Even after getting the floors cleaned I still had to go back and clean up sticky spots that they missed. We had to put blankets on the furniture(provided as a resolution by property management) until the furniture was cleaned on day 3 of our stay. No AC and 80+ degrees in the condo until it was fixed the evening of day 2. I finally just got tired of dealing with all the issues. I felt like we were fixing everything for the next bunch that rents it. Their experience will be way different, I’m sure. Not satisfied what so ever.

Amazing property

This was or forth year at majestic and by far the nicest room we have stayed in to this date we will definitely be booking with them again and this is our 4th time with best beach getaways can’t go wrong with them this room will be our go to for years to come beautiful property!

Clean and Comfortable

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The unit was clean and the beach is only a couple steps away. The view form the balcony is amazing! There are also many amenities(indoor/outdoor pools) you can enjoy as well!

This place is exactly what is shown in the pictures, clean and spacious. We stayed for a long weekend to celebrate our daughter birthday! We would definitely come back and will recommend to others. We stayed in May 2023.

Nice Place

This was a great property! Very clean, spacious and updated. The unit also had beach chairs, umbrella, and sand toys. The view was amazing but a little scary being up 15 stories with little kids. The unit could use a new cooking pan and sofa wasn’t very comfortable. We couldn’t get the tv to work in the primary bedroom, and couldn’t get the bathtub jets to work without spraying everywhere. Very minor so we didn’t mention anything. Overall, this unit was really nice and we didn’t want to leave! We would recommend!

Perfect for a last minute family trip

This vaca rental was exactly what my siblings and I needed for our family vacation this year. We were able to comfortably co-exist for a week with 5 adults and 4 small children. The pictures are representative of the space. Things are a little scuffed up from stays before ours but that is to he expected in a rental. Make sure to pack or purchase things like laundry detergent, toilet paper, and paper towels for your stay - Walmart is right down the road. Maybe plan to bring your own blankets if you can, each bed is only provided a topsheet and thin blanket The ocean views from the balcony are gorgeous. Be sure to explore Tower 1 also so you don't miss out on the bigger outdoor pool and bar/grill area! You get 2 parking passes for the week. Thank you to the owners for adding in the voucher for a set of chairs on the beach for the week! Not having to worry about that was nice.

Amazing stay!
