Unlike any other properties in PCB, we have a waterpark, including a kids’ pool park with waterslides, interactive water toys, and a lazy river ride, the kids will never want to go home. Parents can enjoy themselves as well in our heated pools, jacuzzi and a state of the art fitness room or relax at the poolside bar and grill.

Jill’s personal Splash condo sleeps 6 comfortably. You will enjoy the new King Size Bed just refurnished in the Master. The beachfront vacation rental comes equipped with a full-size kitchen, washer & dryer, televisions, cable TV, DVD player, linens & towels, coffee, dish soap/powder, laundry detergent and toiletries. The condo also has high speed wireless internet throughout.

Located on the west end of beautiful Panama City Beach, Splash Resort has easy access to Pier Park Mall, the City Pier, restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Everything is here to make your beachfront vacation in Panama City Beach one of the best you will ever experience!

Splash is a short distance to Pier Park, an extensive Tropical feel Life-Style Shopping Mall. Pier Park brings a whole new level of shopping and entertainment to Panama City Beach, boasting approximately 150 stores and restaurants in an open-air setting and includes entertainment venues such as a park for summer concerts and annual festivals along with Southern Theater’s Grand Theater containing sixteen movie theaters with stadium-style seating. Included along with boutiques such as Envy and Irene & Co, are large retailers such as Dillard’s, JC Penney, and Target. In addition there are numerous restaurants including Paula Deans, Dave & Busters, Jimmy Buffet’s Margaritaville, Tootsie’s Oyster Bar, Pompano Joe's, Dick's Last Resort, and Back Porch Seafood and Oyster House.

Age Requirements - Singles under the age of twenty-five (25) are prohibited from booking unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. There may be additional restrictions regarding the number of people that may accompany a parent or legal guardian. Age will be verified upon check-in.

Falsified Reservations - Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to full forfeiture of advance deposit or security deposit payment(s), and the party will not be permitted to check in. If the party has already checked in, occupants may be required to vacate the property immediately with full forfeiture of all reservation payments.
