Summer Towne Cottages are located directly next door to Pier Park. Walk to restaurants, bars, shopping and more. Enjoy a beautiful ocean view from the upper floor. Make sure you check out the video!

We own cottage 11 next door. Both cottages rented together accommodate up to 12. See VRBO 1202332 for calendar availability or message host for details!

Two full bedrooms with comfortable queen mattresses located downstairs, each with a full bathroom and ample closet space. Master bedroom has cable television & dvd player. Second bedroom has cable television.

Living room, dining area, kitchen, laundry and half bath are located upstairs. The sofa is a queen sleeper. 55" television, dvd player, Xfinity wifi. Kitchen is fully equipped with all items needed for cooking meals.

Beach Access is a very short walk directly across the street. Enjoy a private secluded beach area near homes not high-rises. Beach chairs, beach cart, umbrella, boogie boards, and misc beach supplies are available for your convenience.

All pets considered. Very dog friendly area. Please submit description (age, breed, size, etc.) for pet approval. A non-refundable $195 pet deposit required. Located less than 150 feet from the only dog friendly beach in the county!

No crowds, no waiting on elevators, park in your own driveway to come and go with ease!!!

Walk friendly area! Limited parking for two vehicles. Vehicles may not park in the grass. If you need to bring a trailer please inform host for options.

Wonderful week!

My husband and I, our adult daughter, her boyfriend and our sweet little yorkie had the best time! The owner, Caron was very quick replying to any questions that I had prior to our trip. The day of check in I received a message from Caron as soon as the property was clean and ready for us. The house was clean and had everything that we would need for the week including a beach wagon, several chairs, beach umbrella as well as other beach items for our use. This house has the best location as it is about a block from Pier Park and right by the dog beach. The community pool was so nice to have and was never crowded. We had the pool to ourselves several times. I have been visiting PCB for the past 28 years (since I was 15) and this is by far one of the best places that I have stayed. We loved not having to deal with parking garages and elevators! Such a relaxing week and watching the fireworks on the beach from the pier for the 4th July was a blast.We canā€™t wait to come back and stay here again!

We had a wonderful week with our fur babies. We appreciated that there are many grassy spots around the cottage to walk your pups. The location is very convenient to everything. It's a very short walk to the beach or shopping and restaurants.

Perfect little rental

The house and location was amazing. Having aces's to the pool and ocean across the street was great. Caron was the best hostess she assisted us in every way possible and was the friendliest hostess we have ever had!!! Will recommend this location to everyone as the best little vacay house. We were very pleased and will rent this property again.

Great Location

Prior to arrival, the host had excellent communication with the few questions I had. With 2 teenagers, the location was could not have been better. The beach is just a short walk across the street and Pier Park is also a few minute walk. The host also allowed access to beach chairs, which saved a ton of packing room for the drive. The property was clean and well maintained and the ocean view from the upstairs balcony was awesome. I would definitely stay at this property again.

We love PCB

We are frequent flyerrs of PCB. This was our first time in this home, it was beautiful, and the view was amazing when sitting upstairs on the top deck. Property was described very well, we definitely will be back. On a side not funny story on Wednesday of our stay we decided to buy beach chairs and an umbrella. Little did we know to check behind the bedroom door and there was a closet with everything you would need for the beach

It was all we had hoped for and more.

We loved the location and the walkabity to wherever we wanted to go. The listing and pictures didn't do the actual property justice, It was everything we'd hoped for and more. The proximity to the dog beach was a definite plus, our little guy couldn't have been happier. The host was so helpful; she went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and she was very quick to respond to our many questions. This property was all we were hoping it would be and more. Since we go this beach every year, we'll be sure to.stay at this property again and again. We highly recommend staying at this property.

Time with family

Having a very special reason to get away with family, staying in Cottage 13 was fabulous, the cottage was very well stocked with kitchen essentials, beach chairs, beach cart. Plenty of towels for showering even have beach towels for use. The location is prime walking distance to restaurants and shopping. You cannot ask for better location to the beach. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful Cottage

I loved the balcony where you could see the water, hear it in the dark mornings. Just cross the street and there is a public access to the beach. Loved that I could bring my dogs and they loved it too. For senior dogs they had no problem with the stairs. Very comfortable accomodations. Exactly as shown.

We had an amazing time at this property. Close to pier park and to the beach. The home was nicely updated. We did have an issue with AC but it was promptly fixed by the owners; also completely out of their control. Would definitely stay here again!

This beach house was in great location by Pier Park close to many shops and restaurants There's a beach access directly across the street and another at an angle across the street. The house was furnished in high quality furniture and the beds were very comfortable, my family really enjoyed our week here snd hope to visit again!!!
