Good to Know:
This property is not available to adults under the age of 25. No exceptions. All guests must register their vehicles 1–2 days before check-in and pay for parking passes and wristbands. Fees range from $75–$100 depending on occupancy. A registration link will be emailed before arrival titled “Laketown Wharf Guest Registration Link.” Upon arrival, check in at the front desk to pick up your wristbands and parking passes. The fee is set by the HOA and subject to change.
