Remodeled 3 BR 2 BA LOW 3rd floor Regency Towers Beach Resort condo that sleeps 10. KING size bed master bedroom, KING bed and TWIN size bunkbed in the 2nd bedroom, QUEEN Size bed 3rd bedroom, and a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. Professionally decorated, this is one of the nicest 3 bedroom condos in this resort..

This low 3rd floor condo has updated kitchen cabinets NO carpet, both bathrooms were completely remodeled.

Regency Towers is one of the well-established resorts with Great Amenities at a budget price! Great family resort lots for kids and adults to do on property and nearby. 2 large pools, Indoor Hot Tub Spa, Tiki Bar between the pools, 2 large grilling areas, and shuffleboard courts are on site. There is over 650 feet of sugar white beachfront for you to enjoy.

Regency Towers Beach Resort Is located on the east end of Panama City Beach. It is 1 mile west of St Andrews State Park, 3 Marinas with deep sea fishing charters, pontoon boat / Jet Ski rentals. There are many local restaurants nearby such as J Michael’s, Grand Marlin, Capt. Anderson’s Famous Seafood, Sisters of The Sea & Dive Bar, Patches Bar and Grille, Billy’s Oyster Bar and Schooners Last Local’s Beach Club and Open Air Restaurant on the beach. Just a 2.5 miles east of the Mega Beach Clubs Spinnaker, Club LaVela and Hammer Head Fred's.

$40 Per Condo Regency Towers Resort Registration fee is collected at time of check in to issue parking passes and pool ID bands. This fee covers 1 parking pass, for extra it is $15.
Each renter will be issued 3 parking passes maximum. When we reach 70%(+) occupancy(Summer and busy weeks), then renters will be issued ONE pass for the inside lot regardless of occupancy of condo.

They cancel my reservation

The owner cancel my reservation one week before. The company give me another apartment the 621. This new was dirty, The kitchen had few cooking facilities. The ones they had were dirty. The bathrooms had few towels. The washing machine had sand in it and the filter was moldy, the balcony and master bedroom doors were unsafe, and we had three children in the apartment. Being on the sixth floor, this is very dangerous with children. There were all kinds of items in the bedroom closets. It was obvious this apartment hadn't been cleaned and hadn't been used for a long time.

Property was disappointing

Booked a different unit then was told not available two weeks before our arrival. Was told we were receiving an upgraded unit. Not impressed. Unit was dirty, patio furniture rusty, damaged walls and glass furniture which I avoid due to always looking dirty. With all the glass, there needs to be winded. Also no broom or dust pan.

It was good only thing I didn’t like is that there was mold in the bathrooms. N one of the patio doors handle was broken so couldn’t lock it.

This place is huge!

This condo was huge. 3 bedrooms (1 queen room with walk in closet, by the front door, sleeps 2) (1 king room that leads to the balcony with walk in closet and private full bathroom, sleeps 2-3) (one king room with twin over twin bunk beds in the same room, perfect for all the kids. Sleeps 4-5) Living room with L shaped sectional and day bed. Day bed folds out to a full size bed and has a trundle. Sleep 2-3 Sectional has a pull out mattress. Sleeps 2 Sleeps 12-15 I’d say. Living room leads to the same balcony as the king room. You can see the beach from the balcony but it’s not a full view of the beach. 2 full bathrooms in total. Full kitchen fully equipped, full fridge, dining room table. TVs in all rooms with Roku. Elevators were quick. It did break down but they had it fixed in a day. 2 huge pools, hot tub is inside. They have activities like movie on the lawn, karaoke, ice cream social. There’s a restaurant between the pools with a bar. Prices are reasonable and everything tastes great. Short walk to the beach. Easy to get in and out of the parking lot. Staff was super friendly. Overall we loved staying here!

Floors dirty, sliding door handle to balcony missing. Mold on the bathroom ceiling. Tiki bar by the pool, but no drinks allowed in or around pool. Wouldn't stay here again.

Overall good stay

Room was somewhat clean was some crud by toilets but nothing to bad. Beds were comfy. My biggest concern was the two rockers on patio the vottoms are rusted out i had a 6 yr old sit in one and it broke and she fell face first at the railing. The 2nd one is gonna go soon will let management know. Other than that place was really nice and would deff stay again.

I will not stay at this place again

Condo was very spacious. Condo was dirty couldnt walk on floors turn ypur feet black. Had to go buy cleani g supplies and a mop to clean the floors before my family was able to unpack. Waited around 30 mins to get checked in the room guard shack kept telling me there was no such room. Had to call emergency number to speak to someone and she got the guard to finally understand 0301 room was the same as 301.There was a broken screen door on bqlcony leaning against the wall. Curtains in master bedroom was not hooked to patio door part of them was hanging off and part was hanging correctly. Had no pillow cases. Shelving in fridge was broken, one bed had sand on the sheets. Ceiling fan in bedroom would not work. Room was thou very spacious and big for my family of 11 had a great time after we took care of cleaning.

Great Condo and Location

Very easy check in process! The location on Thomas Drive is great! Located closely to restaurants and grocery stores! Condo is on the 3rd floor and located next to the elevator or stairs! Bikini Bob's was FANTASTIC as well with their food and drinks at a very reasonable price! We will be back again!

Perfect location!

Very pleased with the location. Very impressed by the light traffic. Quick and easy to get all of our destinations while visiting. Our unit was super clean and check in was a breeze! Host was very helpful whenever we had questions, and even let us check in a little early due to our long drive to get there! Would definitely recommend. You will not be disappointed!

Will Not Stay Again

Regency Towers has a great setup with the pools and Bikini Bob’s. Unit 301 is not managed well! Couch and love seat were filthy!! Found prescription pills in the master bedroom. There were foam bed covers rolled up in all the closets on the floor. No sheets for the extra beds in the living room. Communication with with the property management company was nonexistent. Emailed them twice about the pills and having to purchase sheets the second night - still no response! Will not be booking from this property management at all in the future!

Not clean, good for sleep only.

I am leaving my 100% honest review. This condo has the potential to be a nice place if updated. However that’s not the case. I took pictures to prove all of these things. The kitchen has been updated, everything else is out of date. There was dirty dishes left in the dishwasher. The floors were disgusting. We bought a mop to try to clean them up. Broken chairs in the balcony. Mold and grime around the bathtub. Cheap cheap dishes. Dirty towels and a vape pen behind the bed. Missing balcony door handle leaving no way to lock it. Dirty air filters left in laundry room. The resort’s elevator only works 1/2 the time so be prepared to walk up and down carrying your stuff. If you are looking for a place just to sleep this place is for you. The two King beds are very comfortable with memory foam toppers. It is conveniently located to the marina and the beach. I would not consider staying here again just for the amount of filth left for the guest. I reached out to the numbers left for housekeeping, and owners and got no response.
