Out of your car into the house and 20 steps into the Sand. our Sunset Grace is (Sparkling Clean ) with many Amenities a full stocked kitchen a sleeper sofa &2 recliners....with a View that is So Absolutely Beautiful!! the Ocean /The Gulf of Mexico is steps away .. Private balcony top off of Master room with a Beautiful Ocean Front view with Tropical palm trees , you can sit and watch the sunrise or sunset from Bed or the balcony .. Downstairs the Huge porch and A few steps down to the Sea Oats and Beach!!
The Wind, the Salt, the Sun ! Palm Trees Upstairs master with a view and Master bath , wake up to sunrise! Down the hall to left The Middle Room has a queen bed with a sky light ! Watch the stars at Night!!! 3rd bedroom has 1 queen gel mattress . 2 twin beds in the hallway and we added a sleeper sofa in the living room . Sunset GRACE @PCBeach will not disappoint , right on the beach , 3bed 3 bath with 2 added twins and a sleeper queen sofa in the living room. with Palm trees in your backyards ! Beautiful place, great location. November in PCB was excellent. Great weather and little crowds. Beautiful beach all to ourselves. Very comfortable bed. Sonya was great to work with and access way very easy. Highly recommended.

A hidden gem! The view is stunning! The owners have created an inviting back porch that allows you to comfortably enjoy the view on or off the beach! Found this to be a great location for us and hope to stay there again!

Great location and lovely property

The location was fantastic - it is right on a quiet stretch of the Panama City beach and has many convenient restaurants and stores nearby. The back patio was the best part as it has plenty of seating, a grill, path to the beach, and showers. We sat out there every morning and evening. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Checks all your vacation needs

Our stay was perfect , perfect location , house , view and comfort . 5/5 Everytime we plan a trip to PCB this is the only place we try to lock down . Will be back later this year . Sonya is an amazing host with a beautiful home.

Just the facts

Pros: the view and beach are beautiful. Sonya is very responsive. Cons: this property needs A LOT of maintenance and generalized upkeep. Just a few: the kitchen cabinets have old grime on them, the floors felt filthy and turned our feet black (we are from Florida and are used to being bare foot but this was filth, not beach house sand), there was old hair ball in the master shower and I showered in flip flops because I was grossed out, many of the provided beach towels Had holes in them and ALL of the beach chairs are rusted though. The condition of this listing made it challenging to relax and enjoy ourselves.

Excellent house, patio and View

A girls weekend and this house was perfect for us. The patio is the crown jewel of this place. The sunrises and sunsets were beautiful. A short walk to the beach. Down a few stairs, over the sand dune and you are on the beach. The beach was never crowded because you are north of the pier. It was fantastic.

Great spot!

The location is fantastic. It is away from a lot of the touristy stuff but close enough to get whatever you want. Because of this the beach was not crowded at all. You can just come in and out as you please. All the amenities give it the comfort of home. Only have one negative comment. The decks are great but there is no lighting so we couldnt sit out there at night. Just a few lights would really make it awesome.

Beautiful place and description is right.

Great place. The deck out back is the cherry on top. Only complaint is the cameras they have? Don’t really like the idea of being watched of course. Parking up front is tight but usually due to the other units.

Relaxing beachfront condo

Our famiy of 6 stayed here for 4 nights. Communication is quick and easy with the owner, and we didn't have any surprises. The back deck, overlooking the ocean, is really fantastic. The retractable awning is pretty awesome for those hot sunny days. The beach wasn't overly crowded since this little area isn't full of highrise condos, and we were there the first week of July. Everything was clean, and there is a grocery store conveniently nearby. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

What a view!

Perfect location right on the beach, you literally walk off the back deck over the dunes and you’re there! View was amazing. I loved the back deck, furniture was very comfortable. It’s partially covered and also has a retractable awning to cover the rest of the deck when needed. I cook when we’re on vacation so I was happy to see there were plenty of pots and pans and utensils. Living room furniture was also very comfortable as well as the mattresses. Sonya is very easy to reach and property was extremely clean. Loved it!

Amazing rental

Beautiful property with sea right outside your back door. We couldn’t have asked for a better location. Close enough to the pier but not so close that you had to deal with the crowded beach.

Our stay was amazing , the location of this amazing home , the perfect view and access to the beach right off of the deck , Sonya was completely amazing and made our stay a breeze . 10/10 would recommend and we will definitely be staying at this lovely home again every time we plan a trip to Panama City Beach if available !

Review

The stay was great we all had a great time and enjoyed the stay. The only flaw I had was the host waited until the day I left and was already 4hrs into the trip to let me know she needed a contact signed and a copy of my drivers license. I took care of it on the road and everything went great after that.

Beachfront!

A beachfront townhouse or house is the best, and this one did not disappoint! The ease of parking directly in front of the townhouse and walking out onto the beach from our private deck cannot be beat. The house was as described and very nice! The balcony and deck were wonderful! When not on the beach, we were on the deck enjoying the views and waves crashing. The beach was practically our own private area. Sonya was easy to communicate with and check-in was no problem. We would definitely stay here again!
