A beautifully renovated, three-level Seacrest getaway designed for families and groups who want room to spread out, easy beach access, and the best of 30A close by. Inside, the home balances coastal comfort with practical features for a bigger crew: an open main living level for gathering, a well-appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances and quartz counters for easy meals at home, and multiple living areas so your group can relax without feeling on top of each other.
Sleeping space is thoughtfully laid out across the home, including two primary suites for added privacy, a cozy queen guest room, and a kid-friendly bunk room setup that makes it easy to accommodate a mix of adults and children. With bathrooms on multiple levels and plenty of room to reset between beach days, this home is built for longer stays and multi-family trips.
Outdoor living is a highlight here. Enjoy multiple covered balconies with seating for morning coffee and evening wind-downs, plus a private paver patio with an outdoor dining set for six and a gas grill for laid-back cookouts under the trees. Head up to the top-floor balcony for Gulf views and sunset moments, then hop on one of the 4 adult bikes to cruise the Timpoochee Trail and explore nearby communities along 30A.
When you’re ready for a break from the sand, guests also enjoy access to the Cottages at Camp Creek resort-style community pool and hot tub—an easy option for mid-day lounging and post-beach relaxation.
