Welcome to Seahorse Cottage. This newly furnished private residence will be a great location for your family and friends to enjoy a vacation on the emerald coast of Panama City Beach.

Seahorse cottage is a single family home with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and two community pools in the Palm Cove subdivision. This location is a few minutes drive to the beach, near Pier Park and just around the corner to Shipwreck Cove waterpark.

The Space:
Living area: Natural lighting with open concept and new furnishings. This living space boasts stylish and costal décor without reducing comfort. Roku TV with guest mode to sign-in to your personal web-based subscriptions.

Kitchen: Well-equipped kitchen with full-size fridge, lots of counter/ cupboard space and oven to prepare meals at home.

Laundry room: Washer and dryer available for guest use.

Dining Area: Shared dining space within the kitchen to seat 8 people. Outdoor patio has folded chairs with table to seat 6 guests.

Primary bedroom: King sized bed with cozy quilt and pillows. Attached full primary bathroom and walk-in closet. TV with Roku, dresser and luggage rack.

Second bedroom: Queen sized bed with personal TV and Roku.

Third bedroom: Full-sized bunks beds to sleep up to 4 guests with TV and Roku. This room has access to the backyard. Inside the closet is storage for patio cushions, and boogie board and two beach chairs.

Backyard: Small, semi-private space with patio that can be used for dining and lounging. A charcoal grill is available, supply your own charcoal- be sure to move away from the siding of the house before use.

Guest Access:
Yale Smart Lock with individual access code sent directly to booking guest. The front of the home has nest security doorbell camera.

The Neighborhood:
Palm Cove subdivision that is close to beach access and has two community pools.

Getting Around:
Guests can walk to the pool. Otherwise a car is recommended to get around Panama City Beach. Two parking spaces are allotted within the driveway of the home. Their is minimal overflow parking in the subdivision and no street parking.

Other Things to Note:
Community pool has gate access code that will be provided.
Pool hours: Dawn to Dusk
Pool closed November - February

If you check-in or return to property after 9:00 pm the Palm Cove subdivision will require access code.
