The condo was beautiful and the views were spectacular. The beach was just a few steps away, along with the pool and the tiki bar. There were also several restaurants and retail stores within walking distance..which was super convenient. We would definitely stay again.

Grad Trip

Stayed at condo for my son’s graduation. Some issues with property but overall a relaxing stay. Air conditioning worked well but we experienced when the balcony end of the condo was comfortable, the front of the condo was freezing. If the front of the condo was comfortable, the balcony end was too warm. Also paint was peeling on numerous doors and baseboards. Overhead light fixtures had bulbs missing cardboard under dining room table to fix it from wobbling would not stay in place. It did also seem strange that parking was not included with the price. We did enjoy our stay. Very relaxing.

Great Stay!

It was an all around great stay! The view was amazing. Walking distance to mostly everything. My only complaint was a bathroom door didn’t close all the way or would get stuck.

Family beach trip

The stay was perfect. I would like to add , there is not a deadbolt on the front door so we placed chairs against the door to prevent my granddaughter wondering outside. Other than this, everything is perfect Thank you

Perfect Vacation!

Our stay was wonderful! The views were amazing! 2109 W Condo was beautiful, clean, master bed was very comfortable, everything was great! Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Good location, views

Great unit although the bed was not comfortable (master )needs blinds in master to keep sunrise out in morning.. floors, baseboards could be cleaner in bathrooms.Toilet in master was leaking , had a bowl catching the drip. Sliding door did not have a lock-in living space although I was not expecting anyone to scale up the side of the building 21St floor to enter .

Great stay

Place was beautiful. Plenty of room for what we needed. Fold out couch mattress could be better and more pots and pans. No cookie sheet. Other than that great communication and we stayed an extra day

Awful beds!

The furniture all looks nice in the photos, but it’s a bit worn. The beds were all awfully soft, so much so that I felt like I was sleeping in a hole. My husband has a bad back and he was never able to sleep more than a few hours per night. We won’t be renting this unit again.

Amazing Condo and Spectacular Views

This condo was absolutely wonderful for our 4-day beach vacation! To start with, the views from the balcony and all the windows in this end-unit condo were just spectacular. We had an amazing view of the gulf, the pier, the beach, and breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. The location of this condo was perfect – very easy to walk to many shops and restaurants. There was a little bit of noise from the Pier Park area that we could hear on the balcony, but nothing that went late into the evening or was too distracting/annoying. The condo itself was extremely clean. As noted in some other reviews, there is some minor wear and tear, but nothing you would not expect in a beach condo that is very heavily booked throughout the year. That said, the unit was very, very clean and comfortable and those minor issues in no way detracted from the beautiful unit and lovely decor. We found the beds and furniture very comfortable, and it was the perfect place to put our feet up and relax after a long day at the beach. The condo was well appointed with everything you need, and I did appreciate the information provided in the days prior to check-in informing us of what we needed to supply vs. what would be available in the unit (paper towels, toilet paper, etc). We cooked a little bit in the unit and had plenty of pots, pans, utensils, etc for our meals. We also had all the information and very detailed instructions we needed ahead of time for a very smooth check-in and check-out process. We utilized the provided beach service for chairs/umbrellas on each day of our trip which was an amazing amenity. The pool areas and tiki bar area were clean and provided a nice area to step away from the beach at times. Overall, the entire property was clean and a generally great place to stay. We did experience one minor maintenance issue during our stay. I contacted the maintenance team and received a prompt reply, and someone was sent to our condo within a very short amount of time. He was able to apply a temporary fix for our issue. The temporary solution worked perfectly and there were no other issues during our stay. I was very pleased with the communication and response to the issue.// Overall, I would highly recommend this condo and renting with Warren Beach Rentals - the entire experience was perfect and made our vacation that much easier and stress-free. I look forward to staying in this unit again during a future stay.

The location for this condo is awesome. You are walking distance to pier Park and multiple different restaurants. However, this condo would benefit from a deep clean. We had some issues with things not working, such as the dryer require you to hold the door shut the entire time. The front door lock was broken, a little nerve-racking for a group of female friends traveling alone. I reached out to the property manager on the first day to report these issues and he told me that maintenance would be contacting me soon. We then had other issues such as the bathtub not draining after a shower, the master bathroom toilet was broken and the fridge seals had gone bad so the fridge would not completely close. I never heard from maintenance and when I reached out to the property manager about all of the other issues he did not seem too concerned.

Mostly great

I am that person who reads all the reviews and truly appreciates when people are honest. As both a allopathic and homeopathic professional I am including some health issues as well. First for the positives: This condo is decorated beautifully. Beds are comfortable (except for master which has two depressions and a small hump in middle, my husband and I are tall and thin so weight was not a factor-mattress needs replacing) Kitchen has everything you need but you will want to bring essential seasonings as the cleaning crew takes anything that was left by previous tenants and this is necessary with all the germs among us right now. Plenty of left over containers if you prefer to cook in. Both nonstick and stainless cookware are available if you are careful about aluminum. If you prefer to wash dishes by hand you will need to bring what you need but there are two dishwasher packets available. Also, bring coffee filters and coffee but there is also a Keurig. Views of both the town and beach are spectacular. If you have any issues with fear of heights, this is not the place for you as the lanai is very narrow and then there is the obvious 21st floor location. The staff at this property is very friendly and helpful and the management company was responsive on a Sunday morning, A+!! For the not-so-positives, there is a moldy smell in the master bathroom (not just from humidity) and anyone with a mold allergy would become quite ill in this unit. I do not mean to offend anyone but it is important to mention that the hallway is narrow and the unit is tight so if you are a large person this may not be comfortable for you. As previous reviews have mentioned the pictures are dated and there is staining on all the furniture cushions, however, it is still very nice! There are only 2 bar stools, not 3 as pictured and there is no bench at the foot of the master bed.

PCB for Ironman

Wow! The owners really thought of everything! We had every single thing we needed for our stay and more. The unit was so peaceful and in such an amazing location for our race! There were a few things that were on the dusty side, but nothing that we had to actually touch, so it wasn’t a big deal. Overall would highly recommend this unit and rental company. They were so helpful and quick to answer any questions we had!
