Convenience you want while on vacation!

Property was clean, kitchen cabs a little worn but fully supplied kitchen. All was good until the "pool patrol" decided to be ridiculous.We went to the pool when it opened, it started to rain so we went back to our unit, leaving our towels because they were already wet. It rained off and on 4 times. I was standing at the patio door looking to see if the rain had stopped when I saw the "pool patrol" taking our towels. I opened the door and said those are ours and we will be right back. Very rudely he shouted "you have 5 minutes". I quickly had to get 3 kids shoes on and grab dry towels. When we got back out to the pool he said "your 5 minutes are up". I looked at him and said we're here! He continued to have an attitude (tall white man, dark hair) said you need to read the rules, there is no saving chairs! I said "I understand but we went in because of the rain, and if you followed the rules people would not be drinking beer in the pool, vaping, smoking cigarettes, eating and having drinks on the edge". He was very arrogant. Later in the day I was taking the kids to get drinks and he (in a very passive aggresive way) said "smile, it's a beautiful day". I continued to walk saying nothing. The rules state no floats, or toys. You have no idea how many times we had to move do to footballs being thrown, floats, rafts and boogie boards and nothing ever being said. The staff cannot pick and choose what rules they are going to enforce on what day or any at all.

Great location

We love this location and ground floor unit. The VIP parking is an added bonus. The unit is in good shape, could use a little work and low water pressure in the showers. Very short walk to Pier Park. The trip was a little overshadowed by the number of unsupervised teens everywhere.

The ac unit in this place is horrible! It was so hot in the house! The place did come out and fix it but day later broke again! The front door lock sticks so hopefully you can get back out with messing with it!

Great location w/parking

Very nice ground floor unit close to reserved parking space. The common areas around the property are well maintained. We found everything we needed in the condo for cooking. The towels were surprisingly soft and large for a rental property. The management company did a great job with communication and instructions.

We loved this location the best of all stays in Panama City. Condo was perfect exactly as described. My first time staying on the first floor. I was worried we wouldn’t have a great view. As soon as we walked in it was a stunning view. I loved the ease of the first floor, no elevators was a treat. Condo was very clean. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. We loved the parking spot underneath. The only minor complaint I had was there was no soap to wash your hands in the kitchen. They were pods for dishwasher. It would’ve been nice to have a little bottle of dish soap or hand soap. Just a minor detail that goes a long way. Would highly recommend!

Disappointed

After a rocky start, and some bumps along the way, we made the best of our vacation here. First and foremost, the “self check-in process” was less than informative. We were aware check-in was at 4, when we arrived, we could not find anyone or anywhere on the premises to direct us as to where we could keep our luggage while waiting for room to be ready. We did not rent a car, as the on-line listing stated, “no car necessary,” which led to issues with where to keep Luggage while awaiting room. Eventually we found someone to talk to and a place to keep Luggage, but was not a secure place and no responsibility for stolen or missing items! NO ONE told us about the luggage carts we later saw others using. On-line listing was pretty accurate except: stainless steel appliances, did not work great, including the Keurig coffee maker and blender. Expect to bring or purchase any spices, condiments, paper goods (inc. toilet paper, napkins, paper towels), laundry and dish washing detergent, dish soap, etc. Only one dish towel and one pot holder are provided. Do NOT leave anything unattended at pool area, it will be confiscated and we were told there is NO lost and found? There is no food on the beach side condo towers, but across the street there is a food court. Do NOT think you can use any amenities on that side because you CANNOT! Lastly, there is no directory anywhere, or “welcome” packet and gym is a 12x12 windowless room with few machines and weights!

Family vacation

We enjoyed staying at this condo. It was super convenient staying on the first floor. We loved not having to use the elevator while going back and forth to the beach. The room was clean and comfortable, and parking in the VIP spot right below the condo was great! Also, the view from the room was amazing being right on the beach.

Great condo rental!!! Great location!!! The convenience of a first floor rental property makes the stay nice! There is no wait time for an elevator, you can conveniently walk back to your room from the pool and/or beach! I definitely recommend this rental property!!!

Communication with management was great and timely. First floor was a plus with no elevator waits but absolutely no privacy with balcony being right at the pool. Lanyards are required to enter the pool. Would have preferred the traditional wrist bands. Housekeeping was leaving at 4pm when we went to check if the room was ready. She told us she was finished and to come on in. All floats/pool/beach things were left all over the balcony from previous guests and balcony was not cleaned. Kitchen was less clean than I would have preferred. There was blood on the bathroom cabinet. Unit was supposedly remodeled but everything looked old and banged up from cabinets to furniture. Bunk room beds were very unsteady and concerning. Master bedroom bathroom doesn’t lock. Unit says it sleeps 8 but I wouldn’t recommend over 6-7. Utensils are lacking for 8. I had to purchase plastic forks/spoons. Convienience to everything as far as restaurants, stores, etc is great. Probably wouldn’t rent this unit again for what it costs vs what you get.

Excellent condo clean and beautifully decorated.

This was a great condo. The location was perfect because we had some that could not use elevators so the ground floor was perfect. It is in walking distance to Pier Park and Shuckums which was very helpful. The owner was super nice and easy to work with even quick to help us accommodate some additional parking needs we had for our show cars. We highly recommend and we will definitely be renting again.
