Thanks Cindy! I absolutely cherish the private parking spot when running errands but especially when unloading on the beach side verses carting it from the 3rs floor crossover. For the most part we walk to everything but when we do take the car it is definitely convenient. Thanks again for booking with me. Hope to hear from you for future stays.

Thanks so much for noticing the extras I put into the condo. I want my guests to arrive as if it was their own home away from home and all of the extras needed are already there. I am so sorry about the parking garage problems. This is a new system that needs a revamp! Owners and guests alike have had issues with this new system. I am glad the the car in the Private garage had no problems and our HOA tweeks their new North Garage system for smoother entry and exit. Thanks again for treating my home as your own. Thank you so much for your honesty and very thought out review. I truly do appreciate my guests being honest with me. Since I am not there most of the time, I truly to rely on my guests to let me know what needs to be done. Luckily I have a wonderful family staying there now that is doing a much needed deep cleaning.
