The space
Walk in to this beautifully renovated home. This is an open concept kitchen/living area. There is plenty of seating with the two extremely comfortable couches

The kitchen is fully stocked with all your kitchen needs and brand new appliances. The dining table is big enough to fit the whole family for dinner OR game night! The laundry room is located off of the kitchen with a brand new washer/dryer!

Walking down the hallway you will have a newly renovated full bathroom on your right with a shower/tub combo. The first bedroom on your left will have a full over full bunk with a Smart TV for your streaming needs (streaming services not provided)! The next room on your left will have a very comfortable queen bed with room-darkening curtains with another Smart TV! The main bedroom will be on your right at the end of the hallway. This room has a king size bed, walk in closet, room-darkening curtains AND a Smart TV.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home and two parking spaces in the driveway. Guests will also have access to the two neighborhood pools. The pools have security cameras but NO lifeguard on duty.

Other things to note
We ask that the reservation be made by a person who is 25 or older. This person must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the stay.

We love furry animals but we do not allow pets in this home.

This home is located on the Gulf of America, which experiences various weather conditions from season to season. The homeowners do not offer refunds or discounts unless a named storm threatens the area and results in a recommended or mandatory evacuation order.
