From the 10th floor, the lake stretches out beyond your private balcony in a wide, glittering panorama that shifts from silver at sunrise to deep amber at dusk. Living space
Floor-to-ceiling natural light fills the main living area, which opens toward the balcony and its uninterrupted lake view. The air conditioning keeps things cool after long days out, and the TV, dedicated workspace, and high-speed wifi mean anyone who needs to work or unwind indoors is well covered. Heating is available for cooler evenings. Self check-in via keypad makes arrival straightforward.

Sleeping arrangements
Three bedrooms and six beds sleep up to ten guests comfortably. Each room is arranged to give everyone their own corner of calm, and three full bathrooms - one for nearly every bedroom - keep the morning routine smooth even with a full group.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for everything from quick breakfasts to longer, more involved meals. Stainless steel appliances include a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker. Cooking basics, dishes, silverware, and a full set of pots and pans are all on hand. The dining area works well for group meals, and the balcony is a natural extension of it when the weather cooperates.

Laketown Wharf Resort wraps around the condo with a strong set of shared amenities. Multiple pools and hot tubs are available for guests, along with a gym for those who want to keep up a routine. Washer and dryer units are in the condo itself. A BBQ grill is on the property, and beach access puts the Gulf just a short walk away. The resort sits right on the waterfront with a private entrance.

Daily fun included
Each day of your stay comes with complimentary tickets to a rotating lineup of Panama City Beach attractions - among them a sunset and dolphin watch sailing cruise, indoor black light mini golf, trampoline park admission, WonderWorks Adventure, and a per-stay $20 Power Card at Dave & Buster's. One ticket per activity, per day.

Good to know
Paid parking is available on the premises. Essentials including towels, bed sheets, soap, toilet paper, hangers, bed linens, shampoo, and an iron are provided. Note that a hair dryer and carbon monoxide alarm are not available at this property. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are permitted.
