"Awesome private home hidden right in the middle of Panajachel. We loved the spacious interior and the fact that everything was so peaceful in the evenings yet within walking distance to everything. "

We had to look for tuk tuks that did not have San Juan on the front to take us as they wanted to charge 20Q per person but we got them down to 15Q, in the end we just ended up telling one which exit it was and it worked out great! "It is set out as a Luxury apartment but can't really qualify as such. It is nice, but quite noisy as it is right next to a restaurant with live music. Also quite smelly from all the restaurants' grey water just flowing into the lake outside the windows. The bathroom is also very damp with mold on the walls. Everything else was good though, and the hosts were very responsive."

The owner never corrected our assumption that Calle del Frutal was wrong, and that the house was not even on Los Arboles, but down an alley I could not be expected to use (gated with a cement barrier of foot high. "Overall extremely poor. Construction littered the property, loud bangs and tools served as an alarm clock at 6am until the afternoon. Check in took long as the Vrbo listing address takes you very far from where the house actually is and communication proved to be difficult as well. Also lack of direction with garbage leading to a strong odor"
