Your hosts are Janine & Walter who live in the apartment above towards the back of the property.

Pambula Beach Seaview is located on the beautiful Sapphire Coast in New South Wales over looking the Pacific Ocean. Soak up the stunning sea-views and surrounds. It's a short stroll to the surf beach (13 min) or if you like a healthy stroll to the beautiful Pambula River mouth.

Built in just 2018, the house has 3 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 8 people. There is the master bedroom with an ensuite and 2 other bedrooms that share a large family bathroom.
The space
The Seaview townhouse offers ample space for 1 or 2 families, or friends to enjoy a beach holiday. The house is new, modern and open with lots of space to spread out.
The large L-shaped deck provides the ideal outdoor space to relax looking out over this stunning coastline. You'll also have access to the outdoor hot & cold water shower to wash the sand off after a great day at the beach, and a large BBQ located on the deck.
Pambula Beach Seaview is the place to enjoy that special holiday to just relax & unwind. Wake up in the morning to glorious sparkling views of the ocean & bush surrounds.

Guest access
Seaview has separate driveway parking allocated for 2 cars. There is also street parking out front.

Owner Interaction with guests
Janine & Walter live in the apartment above & towards the back of the property. We're here to help you if needed. We respect your peace and privacy.
- We offer guests 2 adult bikes that you may like to use, so all you have to do is bring along a few extras if needed.
- We offer guests seasonal organic grown vegetables, salad, herbs and fruit that are grown on the property.

The house has a SMART TV, Hi-Fi System, free internet and Coffee Espresso machine along with a fully equipped kitchen and large BBQ for entertaining. All Bed linen and Bath towels are provided.

**Minimum 5 night booking.
**We do ask guests to leave the property in a reasonably clean condition on departure. A $300 cleaning fee may apply if left in an unreasonable unclean condition.

There is a host of activities available to you to keep you entertained when you're not playing on the beach for the kids and the big Adult Kids :-)

There is a courtesy van service to the Top Pub in Pambula for dining out close to home. They collect you right outside your door. There are also a host of other great eateries in the Pambula Village. We are 6 kilometres from the Merimbula Airport where car rental is available. Fly-in-fly-out Melbourne, Sydney to Merimbula return.
