This stunning 2 unit home (first floor and second floor apartment) 5 bedroom/2 bathroom home in Palmyra offers the ideal blend of comfort, convenience, and entertainment for your family getaway.

The space
You are booking the entire property: 5 bedrooms (all with Smart HD TVS!), 2 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, 2 laundry areas, and a game room (pictures to come of game room but we have foosball, an arcade, giant Connect4, and more!!) This property looks like a single family home, but it separated into first floor (3 bedrooms/1 bath, sleeps 10) fully stocked apartment, and a second floor (2 bedroom/1 bath, sleeps 5) fully stocked apartment. Both apartments are accessed from the rear of the home, sharing a beautiful patio with seating and a grill!

FIRST FLOOR APARTMENT (3 BEDROOMS/1 BATH)

First Bedroom: Unwind in the spacious first bedroom featuring a comfortable queen bed and HD Smart TV.

Second Bedroom: Two full beds awaits you in the second bedroom, providing a peaceful night's sleep. This room also has a HD Smart TV.

Bunk Room: Perfect for the kids or additional guests, the bunk room boasts a twin over full mattress setup, fun bean bags, and a smart TV! Washer and dryer in the closet of this room.

Living Room:

Relax in the inviting living room, where a large smart TV offers access to all your favorite streaming apps. This room is large enough to hold all 15 guests together if you want to hang out! Two futons are in this room to provide more comfortable sleeping arrangements if needed.

Kitchen:
The fully stocked kitchen is a chef's dream, equipped with modern appliances and everything you need to whip up delicious meals. Whether you're preparing a hearty breakfast before heading to the park or enjoying a leisurely dinner, this kitchen has you covered. We have a Keurig coffee maker.

Bathroom:
Freshen up in the bathroom, complete with a tub/shower combo, offering flexibility for your family's needs.

Front Porch:
Step outside and enjoy the charming front porch with a porch swing, perfect for sipping your morning coffee or relaxing in the evening breeze.


SECOND FLOOR APARTMENT:
Accessed by a flight of stairs off back patio.

First Bedroom: Unwind in the spacious first bedroom featuring a comfortable queen bed and HD Smart TV.

Bunk Room: Perfect for the kids or additional guests, the bunk room boasts a twin over twin mattress setup, with a smart TV.

The fully stocked kitchen is a chef's dream, equipped with modern appliances and everything you need to whip up delicious meals. Whether you're preparing a hearty breakfast before heading to the park or enjoying a leisurely dinner, this kitchen has you covered. Washer and dryer in a closet in this room. We also have a desk in the corner if you need to get some work done!

Freshen up in the bathroom, complete with a tub/shower combo, offering flexibility for your family's needs.

Our home looks like an adorable single family home from the outside, but it is split into a top and bottom apartment. Both apartments are accessed from our spacious parking lot which holds 6 cars. The second floor unit is up a set of stairs. There are NO SHARED INDOOR SPACES between the two apartments! Please note this if you have young children, we do not allow children to sleep upstairs without an adult!

Other things to note:
We provide a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, a few laundry pods and dishwasher pods. We also provide you with starter toiletries: shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We provide basic cleaning supplies as well.

*In order to watch the smart TVs, you must have subscriptions to your own Apps for your safety and the safety of our future guests*
