"When I arrived the front clerk told me that was some kind of issue with the Expedia reservations getting into the hotel's system and asked me to cancel my reservation with expedia and do it again with her. I have nothing to do with system's problems. She should check me in and solve it internally. In the end everything worked out fine (she somehow managed to pull the reservation on the system). But the idea of an internal system problem having to be resolved by the client is unnaceptable for...

"The manager gave us two rooms. In both rooms the A/C put out such a foul smell that we could not stay there. When we asked for a refund he did not argue. Gave us a refund and was very nice about it."

"The staff was nice and made sure my room was clean. Parking was good. In order to get breakfast I’m guessing you have to be up at 6 when it’s served."

The pool was in use and didn’t appear to have any chlorine in it or definitely not enough because the water was cloudy and had a very greasy film on top. Breakfast wasn’t bad but there was no syrup for the waffles and no juice. The front could have been maintained better as well there were cigarette bits and a dead bird at the front...
