"The only think is can you please put a couple more t-bags and coffee in the rooms then I don't have to ask for more as I feel awkward asking for more or going to the foyer cupboard to help myself

Very quiet and peaceful.
Plenty of onsite parking.
Negatives:
Had to go up and down the outside stairs in the pouring rain to take my luggage up to the room from my car. Got quite wet.
The mattress was very firm. Did not sleep very well the first few nights.
The grout between a lot of the tiles in the shower cubicle was riddled with black mould. A good dose of bleach or domestos was definitely needed.

"Lovely stylish room, friendly staff. No restaurant or bar inside the hotel, they are around the corner.
We had trouble finding the hotel due to major roadwork and this should be mentioned in the welcome message. We phoned the hotel twice for direction while driving around in circles and each time got a vague response. This was not how we wanted to begin our stay. A moment of good customer service to alert guests before they arrive would have been valuable."
