"This is a remote place to stay, small, quiet, old and charming. It’s really only suitable for a couple maybe with children. The owner was there to meet us. He was thorough in acquainting us with the place and its amenities. We loved it. A real step back in time. "

Looking over the main square and out to the sea, it is literally the center of the action --- but after 10:00 pm., you could hear only the surf, as a cat walks across the square. By noon, there are more people in Vernazza than there are in Times Square -- get out of town and go for a hike. Great restaurants nearby."

"Renata was a wonderful host. She went above and beyond to make our stay an enjoyable one. Her home is lovely with 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths and more than enough space for the 3 of us. The garden was beautiful and a nice place to enjoy the lovely weather we had during our visit. She picked us up at the station so we didn’t have to carry our luggage, had all sorts of recommendations and made reservations for us for dinner. "We were so pleased to find a rental located in the quaint village of Corniglia. The place was clean and the terrace on the rooftop had breathtaking views of the coastline. We did not receive check in instructions until the day of arrival so we would have preferred communication in advance. The showers are quite small and there are steps to manage with your luggage but we managed without any difficulty. We were overall very pleased with the rental and would visit again."

"During our stay in La Spezia, we did not have a rental car, which meant that for us, the walk to go downtown took about 30 minutes or more which we were not aware of. If you have a car to use, then it's a close drive! Just be aware if you are walking, it's a far walk to downtown and it's a LOT of uphill walking."

"Abbiamo passato 3 notti in compagnia della nostra cagnolina Olivia. Accoglienza e disponibilità massime da parte dell’host e della sua famiglia. Il posto è situato in zona verde e tranquilla ma in pochi minuti è possibile raggiungere tutte le località più turistiche. Le strutture fanno parte di un più ampio progetto di sviluppo e valorizzazione del territorio con un occhio di riguardo alla tradizione ed alla sostenibilità.
