Come and enjoy unforgettable holidays in our fantastic chalet in Arenal! This villa is located in a quiet and residential area, just 5 minutes from the island's top tourist spot. Here you will find the ideal combination of beaches, walks, restaurants, pubs, leisure areas and everything necessary to spend ideal holidays.



The exterior of the house features a swimming pool and a garden area with sun loungers to enjoy the sun, as well as a furnished area to enjoy a good barbecue. The interior of the villa is equipped with a large and bright room with a fireplace and comfortable armchairs, surrounded by delicate decor. There is also a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. This villa has 6 spacious bedrooms and 4 complete bathrooms, allowing accommodation for up to 12 guests with total comfort.



Moreover, it is equipped with specialised equipment for the maintenance and repair of competition bicycles, as well as a complete mechanical workshop at its disposal.



Public transport: within 500 metres you will find the following regular bus lines 15, 21 (Airport), 23, 25 and 454 from TIB. Our recommendation for going to the city centre is line 25, which will drop you off in a very central area of Palma in just 15 minutes.

All bookings include free running water, 50€ of electricity consumption per booking and, in winter season and if the property has it, 50€ of non-electrical consumption (heating by diesel, gas or propane). All properties have internal or external meters, accessible and verifiable by the customer. The price of additional consumption is 0.35€/kWh.



This house has air conditioning in all bedrooms and in the living room. It has central heating throughout the establishment.



The Sustainable Tourism Tax has a value of 2.20€ per person per night of stay (10% VAT included). Minors under 16 years old do not pay this tax.



Bed linen is provided, along with a set of shower towels and beach towels for each guest.



Please note that this villa is located in a residential area and the neighbours' rest must be respected. Please moderate noise to avoid causing disturbances. For this reason, parties and speakers are strictly prohibited.

Lovely Villa in a perfect location! The check in was quick and easy, we were given all relevant information before arrival. Getting in touch with the property manager was also so quick and easy, we only needed to the once but they were very responsive! The kitchen facilities had everything we needed, was a lovely surprise after getting there at 1am and realising we didn’t need to shoot out to the shops first thing the next morning to make a cup of tea! It was overall a brilliant experience and we would definitely stay there again!

Super Lage, super Beratung und Kommunikation mit der Agentur

Das Hausbau ziemlich groß, aber leider sieht man an vielen Stellen das das Haus nur „benutzt“ wurde. Zu viele Stellen stellen dreckig und schon sehr abgelebt. Es gibt teilweise abgeplatzte Fliesen in und am Haus. Garten und Liegebereich schon ziemlich alt und auch durch die Jahre sehr verschoben (Terrassenplatten sehr wellig). In den unteren Schlafzimmern zieht ein sehr schlechter Geruch durch die Zimmer (Abwasser). Da wir aber viel unterwegs waren, war es trotzdem ein sehr schöner und angenehmer Aufenthalt. Die Kommunikation vor dem Aufenthalt war sehr gut, jede Frage wurde beantwortet und was mir sehr gut gefallen hat, alles und unkompliziert über WhatsApp. Dafür gibt’s extra Punkte!

9 Mature ladies reunited!!

Very spacious outdoor and indoor living. Great location for the beach, restaurants, buses to Palma and the airport. Nice and quiet residential area. Bbq area a bonus, lovely pool and good outdoor seating for relaxing and dining. Kitchen equipment limited especially when eating in, eg oven racks, no oven gloves, only 1 t-towel, gas igniter empty, cracked wine glasses, no trays for carrying items downstairs, no place mats to protect tables, fridge needs deep cleaning. Outdoor lighting at top of stairs not working so a safety hazard. No lighting in outdoor dining area, this would have been nice. The welcome pack was a nice touch and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Séjour très plaisant

La villa est grande et les pièces sont généreuses. Aucun problème pour 6 adultes et 5 enfants. La proximité avec la plage (5mn à pied) et les restaurants et magasins est très appréciée. Toutefois, il n'y avait pas de stores/volets dans une chambre. Il serait utile d'avoir un meilleur équipement à côté du BBQ (frigo, vaisselle, etc.). En effet, le BBQ se situe de l'autre côté de la piscine alors que la cuisine est à l'étage.

Great Family Break

Although not new the villa was clean and tidy, very well appointed a short walk from the beach, restaurants and shops while being in a quieter part of the area. We had some issues with power drop outs but these were dealt with quickly and efficiently using the emergency number we were given. Checking in and out could not have been simpler using a code supplied to access the keys at the property. We were offered and used a collect and drop service to get us from the airport to the villa and back, this was on time and very efficient. The pool was perfect for the whole family and there was plenty of sunning area as well as some shade. We did not avail ourselves of the BBQ or the washing facilities though they were provided. A welcome pack was a nice touch though some coffee would not have gone amiss. One comment - it would have been nice to have aired the 2 bottom floor bedrooms before our arrival though arriving mid morning we were able to sort this. Overall very good value for money.

Great location but run down

We stayed for 1 week in June 2022. The villa is in a great location only a few minutes walk from the beach and restaurants. Unfortunately the villa was very tired. The aircon didn't work in two of the bedrooms which made the stay very uncomfortable and meant that we had to all move bedrooms and leave doors open to try and cool the rooms. Although the hosts were very easy to contact and tried to come and repair the aircon it was clear that it was just very old and rusty and clearly hadn't been working before we arrived as there were fans in these two rooms (not in any other). It is disappointing that we were not told about this before we arrived. We specifically booked a villa with aircon in all rooms. Other parts of the villa were very worn, the tiles fell off the bathroom wall due to them being loose. It is a shame as this villa has the potential to be amazing but it needs a large sum of money spending on it to bring it up to an acceptable standard for a holiday letting. The owners refused to offer any discount for the problems which considering the property was advertised as having aircon and it didn't we feel is unacceptable.

Sehr schönes Haus in der Nähe des Ballermanns

Das Grundstück ist sehr groß und hat eine gute Ausstattung. Besonders der Pool und die Terasse haben uns gefallen. Das Haus ist sehr nah am Strand (5 Min.) und der Ballermann ist auch gut zu Fuß zu erreichen (15 Min.). Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Ordentliches schönes Haus .

Wir sind heute nach Hause gekommen nachdem wir eine Woche mit 12 Leuten in dieser Villa lebten. Die Lage ist sehr gut, ruhige Gegend aber dennoch schnell am Strand . Das Haus selber hat jedem einzelnen sehr gut gefallen. Wir hatten eine unvergessliche Zeit und werden wieder kommen und ebenso dieses Haus weiterempfehlen . Einwandfrei der komplette Service . Sehr toll 👍👍👍 Liebe Grüße

sauberes Haus in toller Lage

Wir waren eine grosse Gruppe und daher war dieses Haus perfekt mit ausreichend bädern und schlafmöglichkeite ! Sehr sauber und man fühlt sich direkt wohl! Gerne wieder :) - auserdem ist der strand nur ca. 6 min zu fuss entfernt jbd der bierkönig ca. 15 - 20 min zu fuss
