Son Oliver is a holiday home located in the El Arenal area of Palma, just a 10-minute drive from Playa de Palma, perfect for a unique getaway with your loved ones. Spread over two floors, the property features a living room, kitchen, three bedrooms, and a bathroom, accommodating up to 5 guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace, TV, washing machine, as well as books and toys for children. A cot and high chair are available on request. Air conditioning is provided only in the downstairs living room and kitchen, with fans in every bedroom. Outside, enjoy a private space with pool, garden, open and covered terraces, balcony, barbecue, and outdoor shower.



There is one parking space on the property, and free street parking is also available. An independent annex may be used by the owner as an office; if not traveling, the owner might be present, but has a separate entrance. The house, pool, and terraces are for guests’ exclusive use. The pool and pool terrace are open only from May 1 to October 1; from October to May, these areas are not included.



Events are not permitted. The property is equipped with a security system and alarm devices. Guidelines for waste separation are provided on site. The home features energy-saving lighting and a convenient self check-in system.
