The house features a bright living-dining room, fully equipped independent kitchen, terrace and private garden, designed to ensure your stay is relaxed and hassle-free. Outside, you will find a large private swimming pool with sun loungers, barbecue area and a porch for outdoor dining, perfect for enjoying the sun and Mediterranean climate.



All bedrooms have air conditioning (cold/heat), and the property also has Wi-Fi and central heating, so you can feel comfortable at any time of the year.

All bookings include current water consumption free of charge, €50 of electricity consumption per booking and, during the winter season and if the property has this feature, €50 of non-electrical consumption (oil, gas or propane heating). All properties have internal or external meters, accessible and verifiable by the customer. The price of additional consumption is €0.35/kWh.



This house has air conditioning in the living room and in the upstairs bedrooms. It also has central heating.



Sustainable Tourism Tax will be paid at €2 per person per night. Children under 16 years of age do not pay this tax.



Bed linen, a set of shower towels and beach towels are provided for each guest.



Please note that this villa is located in a residential area and the neighbours' rest must be respected. Please keep noise to a minimum to avoid causing disturbances. For this reason, parties and speakers are strictly prohibited.
