"Hotel Velho e sem manutenção, lençóis furados e manchados além de baratas passeando pelo local. Mal frequentado pessoas que moram no hotel e fazem bagunça durante a noite. O checkin foi ótimo a atendente super educada e simpática mas o checkout foi ruim tivemos um problema pela manhã e a funcionária não demonstrou vontade para ajudar eu tive que chorar para que ela me emprestasse o telefone. "There were no blankets or top sheets. Only gave us one towel. When we asked for blankets and towels for the two of us we were told they didn’t have any. I had to go to store and buy a blanket. The was no trashcan in the room either. There was dry blood on the ceiling I took pictures of to show the hotel clerk/management. Over all we tried to make the best of the stay for the weekend. "Truly wasn't expecting what was served it met my standards of clean just out dated but microwave was spotless and not even dust on the t.v. the pool was nice when u had a couple of sun days to warm it and it was quiet. I stayed with my dad and my infant son and was comfortable lounging and enjoying the heat with the a.c. just steps away. Perfect area for dining and walking. Bus is only 1.50 to get to Walmart. I'd stay again. "

"Room was clean and comfortable. All the amenities of a hotel room. Fridge , microwave sink, Hot plate , basic dishes and pots. Iron and sm board. Lg shower love seat desk and tv. Hangers in closet! . Wifi passcode provided work well. We are walkers so the mile walk to downtown was not an issue . Also some none tourist type shopping a few blocks away."

"The Acorn cottage is a cute (very small) space that has everything one or two people would need for a short getaway. It’s clean and comfortable and the courtyard is beautifully landscaped and a nice place to sit and relax. It’s close to great food and fun in Tarpon Springs and the neighborhood is very quiet at night. "Very nice accommodation for the weekend, despite the air conditioner being out of order. Property mgr handled the situation very professionally. There is a restaurant/bar and adult pool below. Be prepared for music, laughing and a lot of loud conversations until about 10pm. Then they are closed and it is silent. "The pictures and online descriptions are accurate. This unit is immaculately clean and tastefully designed with modern decor. The mattresses and bedding are comfortable as well as the other furniture pieces. The kitchen is well stocked, and full of extra special touches that we really appreciated like a few water bottles, a small snack basket, Keurig coffee pods, and a variety of teas. The owners go above and beyond to asure your stay is a great one! We plan to return in the future."
