This beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath, fresh remodel at Palm Canyon Villas is adjacent to hiking trails, shopping, grocery and of course the famous Tahquitz Canyon Golf course designed by Arnold Palmer and the Traditional Course which the City of Palm Springs owns and maintains. Palm Canyon Villas sits on beautifully manicured grounds with 4 large pools, 4 spas, and tennis courts. Our unit offers a private patio and golf course views, 1 covered parking space close to your front door. We have 3 smart TVs, King bed in master, and queen bed in guest suite. Come stay today. Grady is a great host. He made sure we had everything we needed and was super quick to repair a minor sink issue. He accommodated our requests for different check-in time and when we had to change it again at the last minute, he was gracious. The condo was just what we needed: quiet, great location, ground floor, a full kitchen.

Palm Springs Trip

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay very much. The hosts communicated well and were gracious in meeting us at the property upon our arrival. The condo was comfortable, meticulously clean and located in a great location. It had everything we needed for our 10 day stay. My daughter especially loved the pool and hot tub which she used relax in after a long day of ball kidding at Indian Wells!

Paradise in Palm Springs

Came to escape the weather back home. Enjoyed great excursions, the best restaurants, and shopping. Location of this resort is centrally located to everything. There are 4 pools at this resort, nice walking paths. Met lots of friendly people, overlooked a golf course and enjoyed watching the planes land at the airport. A really great vacation.

Perfection

This place could not have been more perfect for our trip. We. We were 10 minutes away from everywhere we had to go. The property manager was responsive - met us at the place to let us in and go over everything and had everything in a check-in booklet. Any follow up questions were answered by text almost immediately. The place was clean and quiet. The layout and furnishings were perfect so for a small place, it felt spacious for three people. This is a keeper for future trips to the Desert.

Another great trip in Paradise!

Great location. Close to golf course. Walking distance to Von's, Trader Joe's, Target, Rimrock hiking trail. Clean condo with plenty of closet space. Quiet and clean pool area. Fully stocked kitchen and outdoor grill. Have stayed in this particular unit the past 2 years.

Disappointing - photos are misleading

After staying for a week in our unit at Palm Desert Villas, we would like to say the following: 1) Our host met us as planned and check in went smoothly. 2) Although the online photos online were accurate, we found the overall feel of the place to be misrepresented. We thought we were going to be on a golf course (not across the street from, which is the case) with a pool and hot tub at our doorstep. Not the case! One needs to walk outside the unit, walk around the building, through a locked gate, carrying chairs, to take advantage of the pool. As a result, we did not use the pool at all…disappointing! 3) The windows in this unit are filthy. 4) The carpets and bathroom rugs are dirty and worn out. 5) The secondary bathroom shower needs repair as do the cabinet hinges in the kitchen. 6) We appreciated that the kitchen is well stocked with nice pots and pans and dishes. 7) The location is convenient to Palm Springs and surrounding neighborhoods.

quiet and convenient

It is always important when traveling away from home to sleep well. The beds were good and the area was quiet at night. Location is great for accessing the Palm Springs area and close to our favorite golf courses.

Week in the sun

Two golf friends came to the desert to take a break from NW rain for a week playing in the sun. The condo was in a great location, with several courses within a 15 minute drive. We also enjoyed downtown Palm Springs - restaurants, shops, etc. Although the condo is very close to the airport, we never heard any airport noise. Grady met us at the unit and showed us around, which was great. He even spent time making sure we could operate the TV. We were very happy with the condo and the neighborhood.

Best Location!!

We really enjoyed our stay. There is a grocery store across the street within walking distance. Trader Joe’s is just a few blocks away along with a Target. We had everything we needed during our stay. The kitchen is fully stocked so it’s easy to settle in & have good meals. The pool was amazing & it was nice and quiet. We loved being only 10 minutes away from the airport & downtown Palm Springs too. If you like to hike there’s a great trail across the street. We would definitely stay again if we return to Palm Springs.

Perfect place to stay

Wonderful condo in an excellent location. Clean , spacious and well equipped Grady was wonderful to work with and neighbors in the property were more than friendly. Like a little community of its own. lovely fruit trees on the property as well to be enjoyed by all. Only request would be to have a few more cleaning supplies available. Would definitely stay here again.
