The Backyard/Pool Area is the perfect place to relax! There Gas Grill, table and chairs for dining and 2 lounging chairs and a sparkling pool and hot tub. There are community pools, parks, walking/running paths and a basketball quart ***** Hot tub Heating fees of $30/night apply if heated**** There is a laundry room with full size Washer & Dryer 2 Car Garage Location: Mountain Gate Estates 5 minute drive to the tam! No pets, No Parties, No Smoking . Cancellation Policy: In the event that you must cancel your reservation, please be aware that cancellations must occur at least 45 days prior to arrival date. If cancellation occurs 45 days or more prior to arrival date all monies will be refunded with the exception of a cancellation fee totaling 10% of the total rental amount. GUESTS THAT CANCEL WITHIN THE 45-DAY TIME FRAME PRIOR TO ARRIVAL WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL BASE RENTAL AMOUNT. There will be no refund for early departure.
