Looking for value and luxury? Look no further! A secluded second floor one bedroom Spa Villa suite with a mountain views from every room in the unit. The private location towards the back of La Quinta Resort provides a tranquil setting to enjoy warm desert days and cool desert nights. The villa has a full kitchen with all major appliances, dining for six and a living area with a queen sleeper sofa. The spacious master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV and private balcony. The master bathroom has dual vanities, a water closet and a separate shower and tub. There is a second bathroom off the living area with a shower, toilet and single vanity. The private balcony off the kitchen/dining area has outdoor seating for dining and relaxing. Guests will enjoy southern and western mountain views from the private outdoor living space. Just a short-walk to Spa La Quinta and the main hotel lobby, conference center, restaurants and shops; you are right in the middle of a world-class Waldorf Astoria resort. A community pool and hot tub is located directly below the unit. Enjoy a nice discount over hotel rates for this beautiful home and purchase spa and some hotel services on a fee basis. THE PROPERTY IS A PRIVATELY OWNED RESIDENCE AND GUESTS STAYING IN THE CONDO DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO ALL HOTEL SERVICES INCLUDING DAILY MAID AND ROOM SERVICE, THE MAIN HOTEL POOL OR THE FITNESS/TENNIS CENTER.

The condo sits only a short-walk to the main hotel lobby, conference center, restaurants and shops and it is only steps to the spa. The property is a privately owned residence and guests staying in the condo do not have access to hotel amenities, primarily the main hotel pool and fitness/tennis center.

Getting Around:
Guests visiting the Coachella Valley can access a majority of the desert's attractions within 10-45 minutes by car. Ride share and taxis are available a majority of the time and are more readily available from November-April. Palm Springs International Airport is a 20-45 minute drive from most desert locations and Ontario and Los Angeles International Airport can be used as alternatives for air travel. Interstate 10 runs through the northern side of the Coachella Valley providing access to all desert cities from Los Angeles, Orange County and San Diego to the west and Phoenix and Las Vegas to the east and north. A car is recommended for any extended stay in the area

Fantastic Stay

This is a great unit! The unit is located in a quiet section of the resort and is well appointed with everything you need during your stay. Communication with the leasing company was excellent and check in and check out was easy and seamless.

Relaxing and Quiet

Stayed here several times. Easy check in, easy to get a hold of if you need anything or help which we did they took care of fast. A nice late check out for extra $. Property is nicely located, reasonably priced. We gave it a 4 star on cleanliness because they need to replace a few worn out things, chipped and cracked dishes and bowls, throw rug needs replacing or cleaning in living area. Needs a little TLC. nothing terrible. It is a nice place to just chill & relax.

nice stay with a few comments

Please do not post my review! We enjoyed our 2nd year staying in this property and will book it again next year. A few comments: 1) Would be nice to have decaf coffee and tea. 2) The unit needs a thorough dusting (ex. the legs on the desk were filthy). 3) As there is only one closet, it would be nice to not have debris in the closet (several door knobs and framed mirror on the floor; DVD player and old wall phone on upper shelf). 4) I lost several hours of the last afternoon at the resort as I ran the dishwasher and water flooded out onto the floor. I mopped up the floor and bailed out the water, then called Calif. Vacation Villas who responded fairly quickly; I waited for maintenance (he came fairly quickly and was very courteous). I then waited while he re-ran the cycle and diagnosed the problem (he said failed seal).

Nice place to stay

We have stayed in several of the tennis villas at La Quinta Resort. This unit is nice easy access nicely located. Its a nice size with a kitchen two bathrooms sitting room and separate bedroom and two decks, so you have room to spread out. The bed was comfortable it really has everything you need, It just needs a little cleaning up, not that its bad or anything. The front door which is your first impression is worn it needs paint or stain, the door mat needs to be replaced. Same goes with the decks doors they are worn need paint the outdoor lantern needs fixing hanging by one screw. These are minor things that need fixing. The management group is great we wanted to stay an extra day and it was available they make it super easy. Check in was easy check out was easy no waiting. We would love to stay again La Quinta Resort is beautiful and this unit is very comfortable.

we have stayed at the resort for many years and this rental did not disclose that the dates we were scheduled to come - the resort had been completely bought out for a conference and all restaurants and tennis facilities were closed to the public. This should have been disclosed. We reached out to the property manager when we got here about this issue and received NO response. unacceptable and compensation for this should be addressed

Labor Day 2022

We absolutely love staying at La Quinta. The only thing we didn't prep for was the Keurig. The original photos showed a coffee maker. And the glass top on the dining table was a bit scary as it moved (not recommended for kids). Overall the villa was lovely.

Great stay, minor maintenance issues

We had a great stay at this property and loved the location! The only issue we had was with the guest bathroom (living room) shower, which only had one temperature - scalding hot. We reached out to management on Friday night (after check-in) and they were able to send maintenance over the next day to investigate. Unfortunately, we were informed that part of the shower would have to be replaced and due to COVID, the part was out of stock. Management then offered to send over a plumber to see if they could replace the part anyway. At this time, since it was already 3pm on Saturday and our last full day in La Quinta, we declined the plumber and asked management if they would be able to accommodate a late check-out instead. Management offered a complimentary late check-out of 12pm on Sunday (regular check-out is at 11am). We accepted this offer, although we were hoping for a later check-out time to "make it right". Even though this issue wasn't a major inconvenience, we expected better compensation since we were unable to use one of the two showers that were advertised as working and ended up having to share one shower between the three of us. However, we're glad that management was easy to communicate with and did their best to fix the maintenance issue at hand. All in all, we would definitely stay at this property again- as long as both showers are fully working next time! :)

Worn out Villa with LOUD pool filter

We've been coming to the La Quinta Resort for about 30 years. This was one of our least favorite experiences. The owners/managers don't seem to be in touch with this property. The pool filter for the Villa quadrant is about 20 feet away from the outdoor balcony - beautiful view of the mountains but unbelievably loud and shrill pool filter (that clearly needs replacement or servicing - it was the loudest, grinding filter we heard from any of the pools we passed going back and forth to the main area at the resort). Another downside to this particular unit is parking below - while it's a stand-alone unit with no adjoining units, there is a open parking area BENEATH the unit that holds about 5 parking spaces - cars were loud starting up and taking off randomly, one at about 5:00 a.m. - maybe a golfer heading out for an early tee time? There was an odd smell when we entered the Villa (like overheated plastic), the tile floor in the kitchen is totally shot around the refrigerator - tile floors in the bathrooms seemed dirty with some nasty looking smudges - have those floors even been cleaned in the past 3 months?? The windows to the patios clearly hadn't been cleaned in a long time - very streaked and stained, making for a dingy view out to what otherwise would be a nice view. One lightbulb was completely missing from the mountainside balcony and a bamboo shade hanging to create privacy from the neighboring villa was so thrashed, it's beyond description. In general, this unit seems to be a victim of neglect and no oversight from the owners or management company. Would not stay in this unit again when visiting the resort.

Great location. Poor management communication.

Great location. Property is more shopworn than pictured. Lumpy crummy pull out couch and chair that should be on their way to the dump. Worst aspect was landlord communication. Had to get tough when I did not get the door codes until the very last minute. Likely would not have gotten them if I hadnā€™t. Still have not gotten damage deposit back.
