When the sun dips behind the famous Mt. San Jacinto ridgeline it's time to gather around the fire pit with your favorite beverage to share and create new memories. When the time calls, heat up the above ground hot tub and enjoy the jets while you relax in comfort.

This very private, completely walled, and gated property will make you feel like you're staying at your own mini resort. It's all here for you to enjoy at The Delgado Retreat; including the oversized pool that's surrounded by spectacular mountain views.

There's plenty of outdoor seating, both poolside and in the shade. Inside the home, your guests can enjoy board games in the living room while the large screen smart television will entertain others. The central air conditioning, light walls, and all LVP flooring ensures that the desert heat stays outside.

The full kitchen features a French door refrigerator, mirowave, and all the additional large & small appliances needed to create snacks to a gourmet feast.

All three bedrooms are comfortably outfitted for a restful night's sleep after playing out in the sun all day. The primary bedroom showcases a King size bed, smart tv, can lights, and an ensuite bathroom. The first guest bedroom features a King size bed, smart tv, an armoire, and shares access to the hallway bathroom with the second guest bedroom. Your second guest bedroom showcases a Queen size bed, ceiling fan, can lights, and a smart television.

Throughout the house you find light walls decorated with colorful peices of artwork to enhance your Palm Springs experience.

This vacation rental is located in a peaceful and tranquil residential neighborhood perfect for your next poolside getaway.

In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city and house rules. The city prohibits music and loud noise. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00pm and 10:00am and guests are asked to be inside and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property's posted occupancy.

Friendly Reminder: Optional pool and spa heat is available at an additional cost of $79 nightly or $395 weekly. Pool and spa heat is recommended October thru May. For this, we will preheat your pool and ensure it is heated upon your arrival to a comfortable 86 degrees. Additionally, you will have access to heat the spa to 102 degrees. Spa heat only is available at $25 nightly. (During hot summer months, spa heat only can be enabled at no additional charge. These months include July, August, September)
