The Space:

The Bond House is a study in California Modern at its most confident, a 1973 home that has been meticulously updated without losing an ounce of its architectural integrity. Featured on the 2020 Modernism Week Signature Home Tour, it's the kind of property that earns that designation: 10-foot ceilings, clerestory windows drawing light from every angle, polished black concrete floors that mirror the pool at dusk, and walls of glass that dissolve the line between the open-plan interior and the resort backyard beyond.



The great room flows from the living area, anchored by a fireplace with a large-format zebra photograph above, Bose surround sound, and Samsung Frame TV, through the kitchen to the dining room, where a Sputnik chandelier presides over a black marble table that seats 8 beneath curated mid-century art. A chrome bar cart and kitchen bar seating complete what feels genuinely like a private members' club rather than a vacation rental. The kitchen is fully equipped with pro appliances, a large island, and a separate bar area with glassware display.
