Classic Mid Century house

This is the 2nd time we've stayed at this property during Modernism week. Classic MCM. The house is well equipped with everything you need. Simple, uncluttered furnishings. Close to shops & restaurants. The pool and backyard are amazing, especially at night. Will return again!

Fabulous House!

I LOVE this house--absolutely wonderful in every way. Close to downtown, restaurants, shopping, quiet neighborhood. Gorgeous mid-century modern decor, classic Palm Springs. Kitchen well equipped, everything you'll need. Pool and spa enjoyed by all. Special Thank You to Lauren and team, Evolve Mgmt. for fast and efficient communication. Would definitely stay again!

Fun and sun!

This was our second time at this property and we would return again. That's how nice it is. The only negative was the palm trees were trimmed at 9 am on Saturday morning and access to the yard had to be given. It would have been nice to have advance notice of this. All said, our stay was great and I gave it 5 stars.

Palm Springs experience

Great property. Well appointed and clean. We loved walking the neighborhood to view the local architecture. You know you are in Palm Springs! Loved the spa outside the master bedroom and the living window wall that could be opened to the pool area. Perfect retreat and trip.

Iconic Post Modern Luxury

Highly recommend this place. It is exactly as advertised. Exceedingly clean, nicely decorated, quality furnishings, everything you need. We were there with our teenage son but would be perfect for young children as well. Perfect for dinner parties. We really didn't want to leave

Great house but lacks storage and extra charge for pool heating

Loved the house but there was no place to hang clothes in the master BDrm as the closet was locked. The master bath is very small and has no shelves for storage so storing personal care items are a problem as there is no counter space around the small sink. At minimum, the owners should provide a rolling clothes rack if you are locking the closet. The other BDrm had large cleaning tools in its closet so again, no storage. The 3rd BDrm has no closet whatsoever. Very odd for the caliber of the home. The grounds are very well kept and the house was super clean. We were surprised however to learn there was an extra charge to heat the pool! This was shared a week before we arrived and we passed however without the heat the pool was too cold to use. Very disappointed as this felt like a bait and switch. This should be disclosed in the rental listing.

Everything about our stay was perfect. This home is beautiful and the check in/out process was a breeze. Everything was ready for our arrival including towels and pool floats. The entire outdoor area is very private. We will definitely be staying here again. Thank you!

Nice house on a loud street

This house is great - clean, well stocked, and beautiful. It is on a busy street that was very loud when we were there. I would recommend a weekend stay as there was the pool guy and gardeners coming and going during the week.

Been there before, will definitely go back again!

We have returned to this property multiple times and will do so again in the future. The openness, cleanliness and overall functionality of the house, pool and hot tub is fantastic. Location is perfect for easy access to all PS has to offer while far enough away for privacy is fantastic.

Private Birthday Getaway

Very comfortable and private. Master Suite is amazing. Back yard/pool wonderful. Perfect location to park your car and rely on UBER/Lyft to get you into PS.

Beautiful mid-century

We had a wonderful stay at this property for our first time in Palm Springs. The pool and hot tub were highlights. I loved the record player which we used a lot. Classic, comfortable mid-century home and I hope we’ll be back.

Five star classic Palm Springs design, and convenient location. Jacuzzi, pool, and outdoor lounging and dining spaces are great during the day. However, the amenities are closer to three or four stars. The second shower water pressure is so low, it was almost unusable. The beds were too soft for all of our guests. We had six people and there were not enough salad plates etc. without mixing and matching. The interior lighting is totally in adequate for winter use. No light over the dining table, and not enough light to read a book in the living area. Leaves it hard to enjoy after the sun goes down.

Great house, could improve in some areas

The house is pretty and looks exactly like the pictures. However, the beautiful asthetic doesn’t excuse poor customer service, broken/missing accommodations, and a dirty bath tub. No toiletries or amenities (not even a blow dryer). Master bedroom doesn’t have a closet and is super cold at night. We also couldn’t use the freaking tub because it was so dirty. On top of that, the command center for the spa was broken so we had to text our manager, Dan, every time we wanted to use the hot tub. Dan also had a very bad attitude towards me and my guests when we requested a later check out, which was offered beforehand and considered “flexible”. It’s clear that Dan doesn’t really care about your comfort. He’s more focused on his own schedule and getting you out as soon as possible so he can go on making money. My tip would be to plan for checkout to be flexible so you don’t stress yourself (and, most importantly, your guests). Also, consider the tone you speak to others (especially if your job is in hospitality). In an effort to end in a positive note, Evolve was very responsive when we needed them and the check in process was easy. The house was super clean when we arrived and the decor were ideal for a Bachelorette/ girls trip. Kitchen also had everything we needed for meals in.

Beautiful house and great location!

We had an amazing stay at this property! The pool and backyard were gorgeous and we spent a majority of our time outside. The house was less than a 5 minute drive to all the restaurants we wanted to go to. Our only complaint was the inability to use the jacuzzi. We learned that you needed to pre-pay to be able to heat the jacuzzi only after we arrived. We thought it was just the pool that you needed to pre-pay to heat and figured we would not be needing to heat the pool. We called and messaged Evolve to try to get the heat, but no one responded. This definitely put a damper on the trip, but we still loved the house overall.
