Spectacular Music Lovers Condo

The complex is located in the very desirable south end of Palm Springs, it’s perfectly maintained and the amenities area also in great condition.
Our condo is located on the 2nd floor accessible only thru a staircase (no elevator). We have great neighbors and the area is very quiet and tranquil even though we’re very close to the pool. It’s a very private unit.
The condo was remodeled in 2023 with high end appliances, finishes and designer touches. The kitchen has an electric cooktop and oven, stainless steel fridge with an ice maker, a dishwasher, garbage disposal and a great assortment of cookware, utensils, dishes, glasses and a drip coffee maker!
The living room has a gorgeous mid century sofa and a couple of very comfortable and stylish chairs as well as a large screen smart tv. There’s a balcony with a couple chairs and a small table.
The primary bedroom has a king size bed, night stands and a large smart tv as well as an in suite bathroom. Walk in shower and great lighting.
The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and is adjacent to the 2nd bathroom (access thru the bedroom or the living room.
We also have a stacked washer and dryer, a new AC/heating system with a nest thermostat.
We’re allowed 2 cars in the non dedicated parking lot, one under a covered area and the other one not under the covered area.
