There is a generous sized dining table inside, plus two more dining tables out by the pool, and bar stools at the counter around the Outdoor Kitchen, which has all the appliances and space you’ll need for creating a sumptuous meal for the whole gang. The separation of bedrooms is ideal, at opposite corners of the house. The Master Bedroom at the West end of the house has a King size bed, HDTV and private Bathroom with tub/shower. The Guest Bedroom has an HDTV and two Twin beds, plus a pull-out Trundle bed for a third guest when needed. The Guest bathroom, with step in shower and original midcentury vintage tilework, separates the Guest and Master Bedrooms. Out back, poolside, you’ll find the Casita Bedroom, with Queen size bed, HDTV and private bathroom with walk-in shower. There is also an adjacent laundry room with an extra refrigerator.
