The convenient close-to-town location is softened by mature plantings, fruit trees, towering palm trees and gorgeous garden landscaping that is drought-conscious and lush at the same time. The very private backyard is truly a slice of paradise. It features a heated in-ground saltwater pool and integrated spa, an outdoor shower, and a fire pit lounge adjacent to a pond with a waterfall feature - perfect for relaxing evenings under the stars. You'll also find a covered living pavilion, two alfresco dining areas, and a BBQ grill. There's even a ping pong table! This property is a true vacation oasis.

Each of the three bedrooms feature a comfortable hotel-quality mattress, a flatscreen TV and ample storage. There are two Primary Bedroom, each with a King bed, an ensuite bath & direct access to the pool yard. The third Guest Room features a Queen bed, direct access to the outdoors, and easy access to the guest bathroom in the hallway.

This property is tucked away on a quiet residential street in the exclusive Little Tuscany neighborhood - just minutes from the world-famous Palm Canyon Drive. Casual eateries, fine dining, coffee spots, ice cream parlors, art galleries and specialty boutiques are all just a stone's throw away. The Convention Center and the Casino are also very close by. You'll love staying in this quiet, peaceful area and having quick accessibility to all that Palm Springs has to offer.

This vacation rental is located in a peaceful and tranquil residential neighborhood perfect for your next poolside getaway. To keep the tranquility of the community, we ask that you be respectful and mindful of your neighbors while on vacation.

In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city and house rules. The city prohibits music and loud noise. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00pm and 10:00am and guests are asked to be inside and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property’s posted occupancy.

***As you may have heard, the cost of natural gas in California has tripled in 2023. Heating the pool for your visit is optional, and is an additional $100/night. This includes the use of the spa. If you choose to use the spa only, that is a charge of $50/night and must be utilized for the entire stay. Please let us know at least 48 hours in advance if you would like to choose either of these options! The settings are monitored by the homeowner, if you use the pool/spa heat without prior notification you will be charged $100/night consequently
