This fabulous home, located in Tahquitz River Estates, captures the sophisticated style of nostalgic Palm Springs while being very next century at the same time. It features a free-flowing floor plan, movable walls of glass, gleaming white floors, curated vintage decor, and a showpiece gas fireplace. Dog friendly property. Beds: K,K,K

The resort-style yard is walled and gated for privacy and features a sparkling saltwater pool, an integrated waterfall spa, lounge chairs, occasional seating, a fire pit lounge, electric heating panels on the patio, a covered outdoor living pavilion, a BBQ, and an outdoor shower. Breathtaking mountain views. Walking distance to the Chabad and less than a mile from the world-famous Palm Canyon Drive.

OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
This property captures the fun and nostalgia of Palm Springs living. Walled and gated for privacy, the yard features a stunning front-loaded pool with an integrated waterfall spa. Thereā€™s also an outdoor shower, a fire pit lounge, a covered outdoor living pavilion, electric heating panels on the patio, a BBQ, Ping Pong and cornhole. The backyard is spacious and well-planned - with lots of different gathering places. Mature landscaping and sweeping mountain views all add to the magic of this very special property.

** The pool will be heated upon request with an additional service fee. Please let us know if you'd like to heat the pool so we can ensure it is heated before your arrival. If you home has a spa or hot tub, heating the spa is included with your rental at no extra cost **

INDOOR LIVING SPACES
This spacious mid-mod vacation home has been perfectly space-planned for comfort and relaxing in the sunshine. Clean lines and walls of glass blur the lines between indoor and outdoor living. Itā€™s been completely remodeled yet still honors the homeā€™s classic midcentury architecture. Everything has been updated for the way we live today - including a new kitchen, spa-like bathrooms, upgraded heating and cooling systems, high-speed internet, 4 flatscreen TVs, and a gas fireplace.

** The term "Pets Allowedā€ or ā€œPets Accepted" at an ACME House Company vacation rental means that we welcome dogs only. No other pets are allowed. **

SLEEPING QUARTERS
Each of the three bedrooms features a hotel-quality mattress, a flatscreen TV, and ample storage. The master suite has a King bed and views of the mountains and pool yard. The ensuite bathroom has dual sinks and a large shower with a rainfall showerhead. The second and third guest rooms have King beds and share easy access to the full bathroom in the hall.

THE LOCATION
Driving is completely optional while staying at this property - conveniently located in the popular Tahquitz River Estates neighborhood. You'll be less than a mile from the world-famous Palm Canyon Drive, close to both the South Palm Springs Business District and the bustling Downtown area. Grocery stores, fine dining, casual restaurants, nighttime entertainment, and some great coffee shops are all just a 15-30 minute walk or an easy Uber ride away. This really is the ideal location for those who want to be close to everything - but removed from the hustle and bustle of Downtown.

Relaxing and Comfortable

Beautiful property. The pool was perfect. The house was charming and well-maintained. We had everything we needed for our 5 day retreat. We usually stay hotels for service but we loved the private pool and the serenity of having our own space. Would definitely recommend.

Great location and a great property. One negative; we were required to pay an additional 480 to heat the pool.This extra cost that was not relayed during the down payment and reservation process. It felt a bit deceptive.

Pool size was amazing and the neighborhood is quiet and well situated. The house is beginning to show wear and tear and could maybe use some more maintenance/cleaning checks. Overall, it was a great stay.

Everything We Expected and More

Thank you for a wonderful stay. The house was immaculate, and the furnishings authentic, interesting, and tasteful. The kitchen has better pots and pans than we do at home and every tool imaginable. Palm Springs Girls Weekend

My friend and I splurged for a longish weekend getaway before the Christmas holidays. The house exceeded our expectations, even though we already could see how gorgeous it is. Wonderful pool, even better hot tub, beautiful furnishing and home layout. Lovely neighborhood too. It was, honestly, hard to even leave the house it was such a relaxing, perfect experience for us.

The perfect place for us

Absolutely felt right at home and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The TV was a little confusing as Iā€™m spoiled at my own home with Xfinity and I do watch quite a bit while Iā€™m getting ready but thatā€™s just me. Also, the only constructive criticism I have is those square cement blocks by the back yard area by the pool are very slippery and two people fell hard and the reason they were slippery is that Irrigation is on WAY too much and the grass was soaking wet the entire time. I think in the winter, perhaps cut down the irrigation to just twice a week? Also, the aim of the Irrigation is not only hitting in the grass, but itā€™s landing on the cement blocks. The only other constructive criticism I have is that you need a new bottle opener for wine or champagne. Very minor but just thought Iā€™d let you know so youā€™re well aware of that. I loved the birthday card, the dog box you left us! Super thoughtful, and the coffee and everything about this place was about as close to perfection as you could possibly get for my needs and Oliver needs for that matter. I canā€™t wait to come back same week in about two years. Perfection for us. Thank you so much.

Meeting in Palm Sprimgs

The house was very nice and clean. The view of the San Jacinto mountains while sitting next to the pool was priceless, really made this rental special. It did not matter that it wasnā€™t walking distance to restaurants and shopping downtown, we used Lyft easily with minimal waiting times. I would definitely stay here again!

My friends and I had a great stay at the Palm Springs Trousdale home. Everything at the property was even better than reflected in the pictures. The home is beautifully laid out with all the amenities you could need. The outdoor space made you feel like you were at a resort. Most days, we didn't want to leave the house. It was located fairly central to anything you might need to get to in Palm Springs. Would definitely stay here again!

Girls weekend

Just wanted a quiet fun roomy vacay for a girls weekend (aged 50+) We felt very safe and felt that we were on one of the nicer streets. No doubt the large pool and perfectly landscaped backyard is the star! The kitchen and bathrooms have been updated. Nice comfortable sheets and beds. Home was spotless. We appreciated the kitchen stocked with spices and other items if we wanted to cook. That is really nice to have and same with having available shampoo/conditioner Those are small details that make the difference. Overall, had a great time! As Palm Springs is continually being renovated, should inquire if there is any construction going on in the neighborhood. Clearly not the responsibility of the property, but there was serious jackhammering across the street. Did not make for pleasant pool days. Of course, no construction during weekends. Just a tip.

Great house Fantastic view, Real Palm Springs experience

This property was exactly what we saw on the website. Perfect location and outstanding view that we appreciated every minute. We felt at home rapidly. Size perfect for us. We just think a small table for coffee morning or light lunch under the sun would be nice. Was too cold to eat in the patio so we drag two chairs to eat our breakfast in the sunshine. Also please fitted sheets for the master bedroom. Was very difficult to make the bed. Sheets weren't the right size (too small) and the wood frame doesn't help. This is room for improvement. Thks !

**AMAZING STAY!!**

An awesome place to stay and enjoy everything Palm Springs has to offer. We enjoyed every aspect of the property celebrating my wife's 50th birthday. The house was super-clean, well-equipped, and the pool/hot tub were amazing. We especially enjoyed the privacy and location relative to downtown. We had the best time and will definitely be back!!

Super cool house in a great location to get to hiking trails and town easily. Acme House really did an amazing job putting together all the little things that made our stay easy and comfortable. Nice mattresses, comfortable furniture, and great outdoor spaces. A well stocked kitchen if you want to cook at home. Would stay here again!
